I LOVE PIZZA. I received a dried up burnt pizza so I called and spoke to a lady said “I’m sorry about that the manager made your pizza, I will let the manager know and said she would put me down for a free pizza on my next visit because” I had to go to work. I went in like 3 weeks later and the manager lady said I don’t see anything here or in my system. She said I can’t help you unless you want to buy one. I usually love Pizza Hut but this is the 3rd bad experience in the past 6 months at this location.

Used to order here every week with the same order but have stopped due to the pizzas being terribly made. I always get the large pan with regular sauce and extra cheese but started receiving pizzas with more sauce than cheese, no extra cheese, undercooked, and the crust an inch or more from the toppings. I have since stopped ordering at all from this location as I would always get a different “manager” making excuses, stating they would address my concerns and then give me credit towards my next order. Even after all this, the issues continued.

I was sent a code for a free pizza which clearly is inoperable. No one is willing to explain how to go about using it. The other night I received a pizza over cooked and clearly should of been waist. Now you offer one at no cost to no avail.

If I could give this store all zeros I would. I ordered food on Tuesday Jan 27th. Upon receiving my food the delivery driver told us that the store had rats. He pointed it out to the worker and they just locked the door behind him. I had been calling the store for 2 days with no answer and even submitted my grievance to corporate with no response. I finally was able to talk to the manager of the store today who was very rude and had no compassion for their rat issue in the store. Which is terrible. They didn’t even contact the people who ordered to advise them of the health risk they are putting people in. Please stay away from that store! The fact that they opened the next day should say a lot smh. The health department needs to be called immediately!!

I went in for the new Melts they advertised for $6.99 and the boneless wings for $1.00 if you purchase a melt. Christian helped me look it up online since there were no other customers at the time but we never found the add-on deal for the boneless wings. I purchased the meat lovers and asked for extra marinara in the side. When I picked it up Kat was kind enough to check the box and put in the additional sauce. The marinara isn’t as good as I remembered but the melt is a folded over pizza and had good flavor and a crisp crust. Nice employees and I’d order the melt again. It’s not a dine restaurant… carry out only.

worst pizza hut ive ever ordered from. never even ended up getting my order and had to order papa johns because they “didnt have a driver” to deliver my pizza. mind you, they didnt call and let me know they didnt have a driver. waited almost 3 hours for an order and finally called the number because i was sick of waiting. was left on hold and hung up on 3 different times before they finally called the manager of the store and told us they couldnt deliver.

Placed an order online, I deliberately took 20 minutes to arrive to ensure That the order would be ready or near ready by time I get there. An hour and 20 minutes later, I’m still here at the store waiting on my order. Only one person helped me he found my order only to find out that it was completely wrong. I’m watching people walk in place their order and still leave before me.

Woman behind the counter who was the tallest employee working was overly aggressive and kept screaming at staff and customers about being understaffed. No customer service skills. Will not be coming back to this location
