Popped in here before heading to a job interview and was very happy with the service I got. There was only one person working the front but she was extremely kind and friendly. Store was not very busy since I assume not everyone knows they’ve opened. Coffee was great, not too sweet, and very smooth. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely swing by again. Plenty of parking as well.

I visited the Starbucks at 410 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, and the customer service was disappointing. Despite there being three staff members available, none of them greeted me as I stood at the counter for two minutes. The lack of attentiveness and concern for customers was evident. As a result, I decided to walk out. I hope the store management addresses this issue to improve their customer service in the future.
