Amazing crust on the deep dish pizza! Crispy on the bottom, soft texture in the middle.
The sauce is tangy yet sweet, an impossible combination to pull off in a pizza sauce!
We ordered our medium 8-slice deep dish pizza topped with pepperoni, bacon, onion, and pineapple. It was superb! After devouring my first slice, I asked my wife if she thought it was too late to order a large!
This pizza is so good that we’re considering a two-hour road trip to come back again!

Shout out to this place for looking out for my daughter. She went to an activity that didn’t last as long as it was advertised and they let her wait there until I could come and pick her up. She’s disabled and everyone was so kind to her. Also, I ordered pizza and it was super good. They do a great stuffed crust. We were all very impressed.

This is not the East of Chicago that I remember and loved. We ordered the tower. The crust in the middle was not done while the outer part was done. The pizza made my husband sick. Not impressed.

This first item is maybe more of an entrance design issue and has no relevance on the rating. I brought my Mom to Upper to view the lights on Sunday evening. We were able to park in the nearest handicapped spot and she was able to use the handle on the right to pull herself up along with using her walker (she prefers to do it herself). I went to open the opposite door as they open outward and it was locked. The one nearest the handle is unlocked.
To the owner: Consider moving the handle to the opposite side to prevent risk of falls for mobility limited or unlocking the left door.
The second was why I gave it one star. We sat ourselves as nobody acknowledged we were there despite looking at us. After a minute, I figured I had to go to the counter to order. There was someone there talking with a customer’s wife to pay for their order. I walked up in the middle of this, so they couldn’t have mistaken me for being with them. I then waited for several minutes and the guy that was taking the other customer’s order looked me right in the eyes without saying anything and walked off. After a couple more minutes, I realized I was wasting my time there and we ended up going elsewhere.

Employee at the front taking orders was very rude and said we should do the buffet because “it’s easier for them” so me and my family go the buffet spent 60 dollars and every time we went to get pizza the lady was saying rude stuff about how we were getting pizza. It sounded like doing her job was an inconvenience like I get when your busy I work at a restaurant but don’t be rude to customers. Keep your attitude in check or don’t clock in. Ruined a nice day with the negative comments and rude tone. Will not be coming back

Manager there very RUDE I ordered a chicago style pizza, pizza was soggy cardboard coming up with it. I called the store associate answered I explained to them him the situation he gave me supervisor she was VERY RUDE and told me maybe I shouldn’t of ordered the chicago pizza and got a plain one instead. I asked her name she wouldn’t give. Gave me $20 back credit on account…fine…then proceeds to hangup on me! I called back twice wouldn’t answer my call. Called from another number they answered I asked for manager name and get hung up on again I will be calling corporate! I will not be a returning customer!

Order a ham and cheese sub only mushroom and onion. The sub had mayo (which I didn’t order) and no ham or cheese. It was just a mushroom onion mayo sub. Pizza is always the best, but won’t order subs here anymore because people behind the counter can’t understand to put ham and cheese on a ham and cheese sub
