Just ordered the grilled chicken bowl. When ready to pay the big guy at the register was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He gave me my total I swiped my card and then he just walks away . I then looked at him as he starts talking to one of the employees that had just walked in and told him thank you he still says nothing but continues to chat with the employee .I got home with food the lettuce was wilted but the food was good so the was a plus

This is honestly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations in other areas and never had any issues, everything was always prepared exactly the way we wanted, but that’s not the case at this location. I’m actually afraid to order online from this store because almost every time something is wrong or missing from the order. Because of that, I started ordering inside, but even then they don’t really follow the requests. When I ask for extra of an item, it feels like I’m asking for a favor instead of paying for it, and sometimes they even put less than normal. On top of that, none of the staff seem friendly, everyone looks unhappy and uninterested. I used to work at Chipotle myself and I also genuinely love the brand, so it’s disappointing to see this location run this way. I really think management needs to step in and make changes or at least talk to the staff about customer service and expectations. Sadly, this is the only Chipotle in Wilson, so I don’t really have another option, even though I don’t want to come here I’m kind of forced to.
Update: After posting this review, I picked up my food and went home, and the rice was undercooked and very hard. At this point, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this chipotle and I can only hope and pray that another Chipotle location opens in Wilson

It’s been a long time since we’ve had good service at the Chipotle on Forest Hills Rd in Wilson, NC (2304 Forest Hills Rd W, Wilson, NC 27893), so we decided to give it another try — and I’m so glad we did. Blake (working around 7 PM on 11/19/2025) was absolutely amazing! He greeted everyone who walked in with genuine positivity and such a great attitude. His energy truly made our night and made the whole experience so much better for our family.

I went this location today and the employee with multiple piercings on her mouth and face had a very nasty attitude. She was slamming the food items while I was trying to order them, after SHE told me they didnt have what I initially wanted. She was rolling her eyes and making faces at other customers.

This chipotle sucks! The veggies have so much oregano that they taste more Italian than Mexican. The rice is hard, the chicken was flavorless, and my burrito was falling apart 3 bites in. Taco Bell is better than this chipotle and Moe’s is WAY better than this location.

I am Vegan and ordered the vegan meat as a treat for myself as I live on a very small budget. When the delivery came, it was labelled as vegan meat but they sent me real steak I have to give it to my neighbour as I won’t eat this and I cannot afford to buy something else to eat today. Not only that they label it as vegan meat not caring you can’t reach them. I was 45 minutes in the telephone system, just not to reach anyone. These people don’t care.

I visit many chipotles for my lunches during work. This one is by far my favorite. The portion sizes are great. The staff is amazing. Everything is clean. Whenever I’m in the area, I will be back!

It was my very first time trying chipotle. Wanted to see why it was so popular. Verdict: it ain’t all that.
Store seemed cleaned when we came in. It wasn’t busy. I got the 3 tacos (chicken, pork and barbacoa) with the spicy red sauce. I was surprised that they put rice in the taco and asked if I wanted beans in too. Wut? Isn’t that just a burrito then? The only meat that had flavor was the chicken, tasted like smoked chicken. The pork had some flavor too but the barbacoa was gross. Had no flavor at all. My fiancé got the burrito and didn’t realize that the guacamole and cheese was extra. We spent 30 bucks. Sure the food seems like fresh but no flavor at all. Staff was decent. Bathroom was clean.
I like trying new places. Crossed chipotle off the list. Won’t recommend it unless you wanna taste an upgraded Taco Bell.

The bathroom was so gross. Like disgusting!!!!! Actually, the whole place was dirty. The condiment area, the soda station, the trash cans, the tables. The only thing that was good was the guac. I expect better for a $13 meal. Get it together, Chipotle!
