The food came out hot and fresh! The ramen flavor was good but the beef rice bowl was better flavor wise. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean.

Going to Menkoi Ramen was a great experience, the place was inviting, and had good energy the food was absolutely outstanding, the flavors, like the broth, eggs, bok choy all the different textures etc. made the ramen taste very good. Never had ramen like that before. the portions were definitely on point, oh yeah and the rice balls, l loved, I added salmon to mine. the customer service was very good and friendly, can’t wait to go back!!!!

Everything was absolutely delicious! Wonderfully seasoned and beautifully plated. I had the chicken ramen that had fresh spinach, bean sprouts, seaweed, fish cake and many other ingredients. I also had shrimp dumplings and a salmon stuffed rice ball wrapped in seaweed. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean and neat. I definitely will eat there again.

I wanted to try out this location because i have heard good things. Overall this experience was cool. Upon entry it was a bit confusing they’re were a lot of people standing up we didn’t know exactly where to go or if it was a line. The lady at register didn’t decipher. When them noticed people were waiting on orders and me and my friend was attempting to sit down. So we had to place the order and pay and then she provide us a number to sit ourselves . It was a nice crowd. I ordered the shrimp shumai which this was good with a soy sauce for dipping. I then ordered the beef curry which it came with white rice . It was ok . Very bland the white rice was stuck and slightly cold. I also ordered the chicken ramen. It was good very flavorful. And had a lot of good things inside of it. I know next time to only order that and not the beef curry. My rating is based on the food, customer service experience and ambience which was lackluster. I will go back when i have a taste for this type of food.

My first time eating at this restaurant and my experience was great. I figured since I like Ramen Noodles from the grocery store this shouldn’t be bad and I was right. I had the chicken and noodles with spicy sauce on the side I think it was number 8 and my coworker had number 4. I also had the pork dumplings yummy! The food was very good and I highly recommend. I would add a little salt to for my preference but honestly I enjoyed it without any salt. I did leave off the fish so I can’t tell you how it is with the fish included. The cashier was very nice and patient. The place was clean! I went about 1230 on a Sunday and there was a steady consistent amount of customers dinning in and take out. We didn’t have to wait more than 5minutes to get our food. Overall I enjoyed myself and since my all around experience was great I’m giving a five out of five stars for the visit!

I’m hate to write a negative review because I love eating at this location but at this point I’m tired of them not giving me what I paid for. I always order to-go, on multiple occasions I have paid for extra pork sometime extra, extra pork and when I get home I still only see two pieces. Today I ordered pork pieces again and I had absolutely zero pieces in my food.

Went here for the first time today. Good prices, friendly service BUT as I started to drink my broth, there was a FLY IN MY BOWL. I gave it to the cashier, who said she would text the manager, refund our ticket. After she heard from him, he wanted to give me a future free bowl. We refused that offer. She then returned with a refund of just my $9, not our whole order of $40, and an email address to contact the manager. I felt the cashier shouldn’t have been put in the position to handle the situation and I told her that. I will not return, mainly because of how the situation was handled, management risked a bad review for a $40 ticket.

Sooooo very excited to have a Menkoi closer to my house now! I’ve always wanted to try their curry but since they were downtown I didn’t want to risk it and miss out on the Ramen. I finally tried it and it was sooo good! But, I had to go back the following week and get a bowl of Ramen because, it’s that good! The new location is very spacious and the staff is very sweet. They were also playing Japanese music which was really fun and exciting to hear some of my favorite songs play. So, go there you won’t regret it! Run, don’t walk! Give this business all they support they deserve!
