Ordered a chicken finger meal that came with two sauces ordered the hot honey mustard sauce one cup was half half filled the other cup was fully filled I asked employees why sauce cup is onlynhalf full they shrugged shoulders and said bye.
Update 3-15 management reached out and just said we will take under advisement. No real apology was made nor any correction. It was a copy and paste email from them. Won’t be back to this location or owning group

So first let me start by saying that the 2 girls working the window this evening weren’t thrilled at all about being at work. They were far more interested in socializing and being on their phones than they were in doing their job and handing out quality orders… This is the Cobb Zalad I got this evening. First they were “out” of grilled chicken. No big deal. Then, I get home and this is the salad I got.. They literally gave me just a plain piece of bread, not even toasted… I’m not really sure what is going on with the chicken but I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to get more than 1 piece? Add in the unsliced whole boiled egg and it was nothing short of laziness. This Zaxby’s has gone downhill quick. I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money on this location…

Did mobile order. They had door locked. Went to drive thru and nobody would answer us. Pulled to window and they were all standing there. Told me to pull forward and come in after I had already tried to come in the other door where vehicles were parked. Went inside and my food was on the counter. Like why couldn’t you just hand me my food. Then they refused to give me any seasoning on my fries. The only Zaxby’s I have ever been to that wouldn’t give any seasoning. And of course the fries don’t have any on it. They halfway toasted the bread that’s suppose to be toast. Worst Zaxby’s ever.

I ordered 60 chicken tenders and when the lady moved them she dropped about 1/2 the tenders on the counter and floor. Instead of offering to cook what she had dropped she proceeded to put some back in the food tray and threw some away. Never said a word to me. Walked away. After spending $100 you would think you would get what you paid for.

We were inside the restaurant around 9:15. They supposed to close at 10. There were several other customers inside with me and a line of 5/6 cars in the drive through. After waiting a little while the manager came out and told us that we had to leave the dine in area and go through the drive through if we wanted to eat anything. By the time he told us this it was 9:40 and the drive through had gotten backed up all the way to the entrance at the road. Yeah so we just left considering how rude they were inside that they would have just shut the drive thru down with customers still in the line. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!!

I literally CANNOT with people sometimes! Would you believe my 16-year-old nephew walked into our local Zaxby’s to politely ask for a job application, and the manager(Barbara) yelled “NO!!!” at him before he could even finish his sentence?!
She didn’t know him from Adam. He was respectful and just looking for an opportunity—and she made him feel completely dismissed. She could’ve simply said, “We’re not hiring at the moment,” or even “Applications are online.” But to yell at a kid who’s just trying to take a step toward responsibility? UNACCEPTABLE.
He came back to the car almost in tears. I was too furious in that moment to go inside and speak to her myself.
This is exactly why places struggle with poor service—leadership matters. If that’s how she treats potential employees, it’s no wonder the food and service are slipping. Do better, Zaxby’s. Young people deserve encouragement, not humiliation.

The food was really good. I tried the shrimp good taste all the way around. A heck of a meal for under 10$. They have about the best sweet tea you can get at fast food restaurants. I could drink it all day. The lady who took my order did a great job she was nice and helpful. I got the senior discount every little bit helps.
