Donuts are good but there is some serious shrinkflation happening here. Never seen the donuts so small. The value is no longer here. With the price of the donuts and how small they have gotten I will be looking at local shops more

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employee was extremely rude and nasty when I calmly asked why the price of my drink had changed by almost a dollar from yesterday to today. There was no reason for the attitude. I also specifically asked her not to let her finger touch my cold foam, which should be a basic hygiene request, and that was handled dismissively as well. If someone doesn’t want to work with customers, they should not be in a customer-facing role. Completely distasteful experience. Will never visit that location again!

The girl in there doesn’t know how to talk to people.! Asked her to add 1 shot espresso she act weird in the beginning it looks like extra job for her.
Then she charged me double shot espresso here is the receipt.
And when I said who care about $2 but you charged double even if you added one shot. She said that what I have.

They could never get a simple coffee with cream and sugar right. When I reached the drive-thru window and asked to add one more item(hash brown) , the girl told me to drive around and place a new order. Very disappointing experience and that’s the last time I’ll visit this place .

Ordered a Large frappe and got a med with no whipped cream on top and tasted like burnt water. I asked nicely to have them fix it and the girl got really upset and started talking to her coworker and rolling her eyes. Also if you’re going to work customer service at night I’m sure the dress code there is not belly shirts with yoga pants with your gut hanging over.

Literally everytime I come here my drink is disgusting or not correct. I paid $5 for half a cup of coffee missing half of the ingredients. Save your money and time lol.

This is probably the worst dunking in the west Chester area. Workers have the worst attitude and basically rush you through orders, my bagel was smashed as if someone sat on it or stepped on it. They are actually making me consider making my own coffee at this point.

I love the help here nice and clean. The people are very friendly there my people if you get my drift. Stop here to use the WiFi and get me some expresso and found myself very comfortable felt like I was at home. And will use this place to download a ton of pictures. I would highly recommend this place way over the other place and I’ll be back more than one thanks to all the service personnel.

I waited over 15 mins for my food going through thedrive thru. I ended up having to go inside to get it and 1 of the workers wanted to have an attitude because I had an attitude about having to come get my food. They were the ones that forgot to bring it out. Won’t be going back.
