This dominos was more than generous an understanding with my order situation. At the last moment of order I switched the crust type an forgot to select ‘no sauce’ get my order home and my pizza has sauce which I absolutely cannot stand so I kindly call them and ask to double check my pizza instructions an then is when I realized it was my own fault for not re selecting the no sauce option so with great customer service the woman kindly asks if I would like it re made I told her I don’t want to make them go out there way for my mistake an yet n still they agree to remake my whole pizza with no charge !!!!! AMAZING JOB dominos ! Keep it up!

Asked for a large pepperoni & cheese with extra cheese. No garlic butter crust, light tomato sauce. Received the pizza & it was caked with tomato sauce & garlic butter on the whole crust. Also ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese, light tomato sauce, no garlic crust. Received it with caked in sauce as well. Both boxes even have a sticker for no garlic butter crust. Both pizzas are absolutely soaked in grease to the point you can’t pick it up with your hands so you have to eat it with a fork. What’s the point of having it where your can customize your order if they completely disregarded your request?

I had a TERRIBLE experience at our local KFC a few weeks ago. A manager at Domino’s happened to be there and saw how I was treated. Let me tell you he really saved the day and hooked us up! AWESOME experience.

Dry pizza! Where is the sauce? Needs more cheese. Good service. I literally have to put the toppinhs from 2 other slices onto one just for flavor. I do not purchase Domino’s any longer. This is what I do when others do.

Well everything was ok this time, but now this location no longer includes sauce with your order. Always have gotten garlic sauce with my bread bites, but tonight none came with it, and they told me it no longer does and that it cost another $1.12 for one sauce. Not sure if it’s all dominos location or just this one.

Recently ordered a pizzas and sandwiches. Long story short pizzas were well made but the sandwiches were not. I’ve posted pictures of the sandwich with my review, and as you can see the habanero “chicken” sandwich is almost entirely cheese, jalapenos, and pineapples, with only three small chunks of chicken on this half of the sandwich. My friend and I are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the sandwiches, and feel like we did not receive what we paid for.

On April 7th, we ordered 2 pizzas through the online dominos website and paid $50, after it was all said and done. When we received the pizzas there was no pizza sauce on either pizza and no extra cheese like we had ordered. I called the South Boston Virginia location and spoke with the manager on duty the night of April 7th, 2025. The manager was a woman, I did not get her name, however, she was extremely disrespectful and did not want to make things right. She continually said that we had made a mistake when ordering and that we could just pay for the two pizzas again, in order to fix the situation. Oh, just another $50 bucks, no big deal!! I was determined never to go back to the restaurant . The following day my friend went to the Domino’s store in South Boston Virginia and took both pizzas back. He was met by Amond, the manager on duty the day of April 8th. Amond went above and beyond to make things right and we received the best pizzas that we have ever had from dominos. Unfortunately not all employees at that location are as customer friendly as he was. We give Amond 5 stars for his professionalism and politeness. Hopefully Dominos will weed out the bad employees…
