The staff was friendly. I live 30 minutes from Pizza Hut picked my daughter up and this what my pizza looked like when I got home. If I wasn’t tired I would have taken it back. I won’t be ordering from here again

I was at this Pizza Hut on 11/11/25 (Veterans Day) about 3:30 – 4p. Had not visited Pizza Hut for over 15 years because the only one in my neighborhood sucked. Decided to try the one near the County Club Marcus theater due to having a taste for a personal pan pizza . From the time I entered the building to when I received my pizzas they didn’t disappoint. Everyone was so nice. A nice young man warmly greeted me and so did the other staff in the back. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions nicely. My pizzas were ready in about 15 minutes. They came out hot – not over or under cooked. They were perfectly cooked and very tasty! There was another customer waiting and the other staff was busy. The same young man that helped me was about to leave for the day. He sat down his belongings returned to help that customer. From the time I entered I noticed that everyone was Busy and not standing around lallygagging! This store was EXCEPTIONALLY NICE! I Really appreciated this and I will be back! Forgot to say I was able to get 2 personal pans with 2 toppings each for less than $10. Wow! What a deal! Keep up the GREAT JOB TEAM!

Rude staff, lack customer service and poor communication skills. The Door dasher they hired 3rd party delivered my order to the wrong location (never came to my home I have a ring-bell for proof), I ended up getting my refund thankfully but the amount of stress and frustration wasn’t worth $45. From the lies by the doordasher and the Pizza Hut staff over talking me on the phone, and hanging up was childish and ridiculous. I respectfully wasn’t even mad about the food, just wanted my refund. I just bought a house here and moved from the Gurnee area and never experienced horrible service like this before. Never got my points or rewards back from this misdelivery. Called and they sound like they don’t wanna lift a finger. Definitely won’t be doing business with Pizza Hut ever again. Y’all lost business of over 10 years for bad representation and poor customer service.

This place never does me wrong. Yes, it’s only going to be as good as a Pizza Hut pie can be, but when you’re in the mood for a classic pan pizza, they do it right. My carryout orders are always ready on time too.

OK, so the food here is really good but when you go inside, it’s literally a horrible sewer smell and there has been multiple complaints filed and the smell is horrible and if it smells like that in there and they’re doing nothing about the smell, I wonder how clean they are with the food

Employees are doing everything they can to keep the store running. But one employee (they called her chanelle) was on the phone the whole time. She even walked out on them. She needs to get fired asap. I waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas. That is ridiculous.
