This is the tastiest pizza I’ve ever tried in Fresno. The ingredients were so fresh and I can appreciate every flavor that went into it. We got the spicy burrata honey vegetarian style. I loved the ambiance too and the staff is very friendly. I’ll be daydreaming about this pizza for sure!

My husband and I were craving yummy pizza after our recent trip to Europe, and this place did not disappoint. We ordered the hot honey burrata and La Spetza. Both pizzas were delicious, but we both agreed that La Spetza had the slight edge. The pizza has a thin dough in the middle and thicker dough for the crust. The combination of flavors were delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. Half of a pizza was sufficient as a serving size for dinner. We look forward to coming back, and recommend giving this place a try.

If you’re looking for some delicious and interesting wood fire pizza and cozy atmosphere this is the spot to go. I cannot praise this place enough it deserves more than 5 stars. My girlfriend and I went on a whim to try a new pizza spot. From being greeted by the host at the front who I forgot to get their name but they were so friendly and helpful. To the atmosphere which was nice and cozy even though it’s outside dining which even in the cold was comfortable with the heater they have in the enclosed dining space. Finishing with the absolutely delicious wood fire pizza which was 11/10. And the delicious bottled soda. We had the classic pepperoni which was amazing along with the Pepe and that was the star of the show. Both pizzas are thin with thick crust with a perfect balance of toppings, sauce, cheese, and dough. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty. I would recommend trying the Pepe which has fresh Parmesan slices and fresh arugula, bacon, and pepperoni with a delicious balsamic glaze that’s not overpowering and complements the flavor of the entire pizza. Whole experience was a 15/10 and we will be back and cannot wait to go again. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Phenomenal all around.

This pizza truck restored my faith in humanity. One bite in and I forgot all my problems, my responsibilities, and the concept of time. I don’t know what they’re putting in the dough, but it feels illegal. Do yourself a favor and eat here immediately.

Eh. My family liked it so I have to rate better than I want to. The crust was soggy for my taste, I prefer crunchy/flaky. It did feel lighter than most pizza, which is a big positive in my book. It’s a little unorganized, you order at the podium. Apparently online orders go to the window which it took them a while to acknowledge me. Definitely recommend ordering online because they are young guns and that’s their lingo. They were polite and attentive.

I absolutely LOVE Nuovo Pizza! The food is DE-LICIOUS and the owners are very much respectful and do their best to accommodate their clientele. The pizza is phenomenal and tastes so fresh! I can’t wait to try their coffee next! Please don’t hesitate to try them out! You won’t regret it!

This pizza was amazing! The dough was perfectly crispy with a great flavor. You can really tell they put care into every pizza they make. It’s fresh and flavorful. Everyone was friendly and made sure we had a great experience. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their food! My boyfriend and I found our favorite go to place for pizza!
