I ordered 2 large pizzas and fries. It took almost 2hrs to get my order my pizza was cold and the fries looked half eaten! I called to speak to the manager and someone put me on hold they never picked up! We usually love Pizza Hut but this has definitely changed that!

First time going to this location. I had three different orders to pick up. The store was neat and clean, and my food was ready on time and it was hot. It took a little while for someone to notice me at the counter, so that’s the reason for the 4 stars on service.

Other than the app not always working the greatest I do thoroughly love Pizza Hut’s customer service. They’re very quick with their delivery. That’s a lie. I actually had a delivery go wrong so just to be on the safe side make sure you pick up your order and place an order before you get there cause you don’t have to wait but all in all the food was very tasty and delicious and I will definitely be back.

Worst place to get wings from, sometimes just enough sauce, most times super dry. Their sauce consistency is ridiculous. I don’t wanna pay extra for extra sauce, they need to keep their receipt consistent and not make them dry and wet for the same price. Pick a lane idiots.

The $10 Dinner Box is supposed to include 5 bread sticks, 10 cinnamon sticks, 1 pizza, 1 marinara sauce, and icing for the cinnamon sticks. My order was missing half the cinnamon sticks, and all the dipping sauces. Fortunately I realized this before I left and was able to get the missing items, but had to wait for the cinnamon sticks to be made. When I got home, I found out they also didn’t use the correct crust. The next time my family wants Pizza Hut, I’ll be going to another location (or another franchise altogether).

I ordered a pizza from this location via the app on 1/7/25. I notice after I payed for my order this advertisement popped up on their app JOINFREEDELIVERY. Which I ignored. Moving forward to the 1/12/25. I get a text from my banking institution about some fraudulent activity from my debit card. An attempted purchase from this JOINFREEDELIVERY. I contacted the store about it and was met with a very nasty attitude and was hung up on. Who else is Pizza Hut sharing your banking information with. Their attitude towards it after explaining what had happened makes me suspicious that know what’s going on.

Didn’t feel like cooking lunch on Thursday and my son wanted pizza, so we decided on Pizza Hut. We were pleasantly surprised by the taste, temperature, and ease of ordering our pizza online. I placed my order at 11:05( for pizza pick up at 12:15), ran a few errands, and went by at 12:30 to pick up my hot, yummy pizza. It was very convenient and with the “deals” coupon on the website, I only spent $12 for a delicious pizza which we all enjoyed. We got more toppings than we usually get from Gatti’s Pizza or Marco’s Pizza.We’ll be back, and I would certainly recommend Pizza Hut!

Customer service is lacking. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and they were unable to deliver that. 1 pizza. Then called me 30 minutes after it was late and blamed doordash. You subcontracted the labor, not me. Yes they remade the order and was going to get another driver but this was another 45 minute wait. Employee got made that we wanted to take our business elsewhere. I understand things go wrong but the way the situation was concluded was by trying to get corrected by the employee and no food. You failed your job today.

I ordered from this location a few months back and was told it’d be approximately 1 hr. An hour and 20 min later I called and was told it’s busy but the driver should be there any minute. Finally after 1hr and 45 minutes later they showed up. The pizza was well below average and partially burnt. I wrote an email explaining my frustration and about 2 days later I received a phone call from the store manager. She apologized profusely and offered a credit for our next purchase in the amount of $15.
I ordered yesterday, 12/17/2020, and called the number seeing how credits weren’t displayed online. I was on hold about 6min (they state on their hood music that most calls are answered in 2 min or less!). Finally placed my order and advised I was told there was a credit. She had to transfer me directly to the store. Well, during the transfer the call was disconnected. I called back, again waiting 8min this time, once someone picked up they recognized my order but transferred me to the store as no credit was showing. Upon transfer the store manager, Sara, apologized for the hold time and that the call center “kinda sucks”. She too didn’t see a credit so had to adjust manually “for the troubles”. Initially I was told about an hour, so didn’t think that would change much given my multiple hold times but after the Mgr took payment she said,” please give our driver about an hour and a half, we’re very busy”. What? Seriously it’s already been 30 min since I first called and got hung up on and bounced around. I told her to just cancel the order and that I’d make frozen pizza in 20 min. To my surprise about an hr later pizza showed up at my door! My wife decided to accept the delivery, BUT we were charged for 2 large pizzas and cheese bread, however there was no cheese bread. Oh well, that was THE LAST TIME ILL EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! Oh, and one of the 2 pizzas were burnt once again. Good bye Pizza Hut! Never again!
