This is the cleanest Chick-Fil-A I have ever been in! The staff were super kind and attentive and our food was brought out within 5 minutes of us sitting down at our table. We put in a dining order before arriving to avoid the line, and it came out perfectly with no issues. We will definitely be back in future! Thank you so much for a great experience. God bless!!

Tried Chick-fil-A today for the first time and I was just delighted at the chicken tenders. Very very good, Sriracha sauce was excellent. The highlight was the young man behind the counter, Josiah, who was the most polite, engaging and clean cut young person I’ve seen in a fast food restaurant in ages. You only get one chance at a first impression and mine was completely positive. Will definitely return.

I love Chick-Fil-A but today when I got home my large size fruit cup was less than half what it should have been. Usually this would not have been a problem but when I called up to let them know, I was hung up on and they did not answer when I called back.

I came here on opening day with a few friends and we had a wonderful experience. Even before we walked through the door, we were greeted by an employee. We got our food very quickly and it all tasted delicious! It was very clean inside and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were even able to see the raising of the American flag at the location and that was a really cool experience. It’s great to have a Chick Fil A available here in the north side of Springfield, and I will be returning here soon!

I was so excited to enjoy my chik fila for lunch at 1pm 1/29/26. We got up to the window and the gentleman that handed over the food asked in a snarky way “what do you need 4 ranches for?” We just kind of laughed it off not knowing what to say but very uncomfortable with the question asked. What does it matter how many ranches I want, I paid for it???? I go to this chik fila nearly every day for lunch and have never had a problem until now.

Sterling the cashier was incredible. I have issues with crowds and he evidently noticed that. He made sure our transaction went flawlessly and that I was as comfortable as possible. The food was fresh quickly served and the restaurant was spotless. Definitely a great experience.

I am the softball coach at Rolla High School. We stopped in after our final game of the season. The service was excellent, the food was tremendous, & the atmosphere was great. The staff went above & beyond & even treated our players to a complimentary ice cream. We definitely will return next season when we can & will encourage all of our teams to stop in when traveling to the Springfield area.
