Ordered 1 medium pan pepperoni pan pizza and ended up getting a drowned in sauce square pepperoni with pizza. I didn’t ask for my pizza to be cut in squares nor did I order a family box deal pizza. If you were out of pan pizza crust as a manager you should have contacted the customer and let them know that not just assume that they would be OK with that. That to me is just poor customer service and to me it sounded like the manager told the cook just give them a square crust if they don’t like it they will be home by the time they know it and aren’t going to drive back because I am to lazy to do my job of picking up the phone and letting them know
