This location always messes up your order. Every single time I have ordered from them they either forget something or give you the wrong order. If you call them to get it corrected or get the missing item they try to talk you out of it like it should be no big deal even though you paid for it. They will even go as far as asking you to come pick up the missing piece or pieces of your delivery order so that they dont have to deal with it. Unfortunately for me this is the location that delivers to my area. I wish it wasn’t, I dont have this problem with the other locations in town.

The staff was very unfriendly and disrespectful. The sandwiches were not good. The bread was hard. Lettuce was wilty. No mayo was on it. Whike eating there another staff member came to work and propped her phone up and just watched a movie. The volume was up loud enough for everyone in store to hear. She was not working at all.

NOT WORTH THE RISK (ZERO STARS IF I COULD)
So, I have had MULTIPLE ISSUES with this store.
Back in December I had an issue with their in store pick up system and their staff not marking it as ready. Leaving me to sit an extra 45 min in my car for my sandwich. That wasn’t marked ready or placed in the pick up area. Wrapped and forgotten behind the counter…
I have had 2 issues since. This second one has really pushed me over.
The first time was a month ago, when I tried their service for delivery. I ordered a little too close to closing but I didn’t think it should’ve been an issue (especially since it let me put in an order) …. it took an hour and a half to get my sandwich to me. And all the driver had to say was “I’m sorry for the wait” and turned and left. (My assumption was that they closed and took the time to clean the store before they brought me my sandwich on their way home)
Today! I unwrap my sandwich, and proceed to tuck in the meat and veggies so they aren’t falling out. I noticed it looked weird. Maybe I got the wrong sandwich. Nope. They just missed the important part of my sandwich. The #12 beach club. I was supposed to get a turkey+ sandwich. There was ONLY PROVOLONE. NO TURKEY (photo added) and then the rest of the veggies. BUT the guac was yellow in places, and the pickles were OLD.
I’M UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED.

Walked in a couple of weeks ago and immediately got yelled at and ran off. Apparently they were “out of bread” (even though we saw a huge rack of bread sitting in plain sight). A little shell-shocked and confused we just turned around and walked out. Went back today and immediately someone hollered at us again, this time we were told that unless we had an online order we would be waiting 15 to 20 minutes. You know how Jimmy John’s says they are “freaky fast”? not at this location. There were 4 people working and not one of them welcomed us in…no one said thank you and they ALL moved like they were in slow motion. No urgency or efficiency….and they were all quite disgruntled. Every table and seat has smears and crumbs so we sat at the cleanest dirty table we could find. When our sandwiches were finally done a girl held them up and ready off their numbers instead of the name of the sandwiches. It took me a minute to figure out that it was our lunch…because I don’t work there. Some of the worst customer service we have experienced. I will never understand why hateful people get jobs where they work with the public. Super rude, horribly slow and the place is always dirty.

I order from the downtown store a few times a year at work and they do a great job. This sandwich from this store was the sloppiest, most flavorless, over toasted brick I could have received. Very disappointed. Everyone deserves another chance. I will update this review if I ever decide to order from this location again and have a better experience.

The guy working the drive-through was a very funny comedian. He was professional, but also very funny. The food was, as always very good. I like to buy 2 sandwiches. One to eat when I get home and one to warm up for a hearty breakfast the next day. It’s a special way I treat myself.

This place has gone downhill the past couple of months. 3 times I have stopped by and they say they are out of French bread. This is typically after 6 p.m. Don’t know if there was a change in management. It just has changed from the super fast sandwhich shop it use to be. I went there last week and the ingredients on my sandwhich was less than what they typically do.(small handful of lettuce and a couple slices of meat) I stopped eatting at subway when they did this. It appears based off similar reviews this has become the norm at this location. Based off other reviews they don’t care, they just want you to go to another website. I do not think I will go back to this location which sucks because I use to love this location and Jimmy John’s.

I order online and I don’t get the notification that my order is ready until about an hour later. They never get my simple customizes right, my sandwich is never made the way I like. I’ve never had these issues at any other location. The service is also not good.
