Fantastic highly recommend. The women that took care of me (seemed like a manager, a waitress, and the sushi chef) were so kind and the sushi was so good. I was miss indecision and said “surprise me, I trust you”. I ended up with the One Night Stand, which is similar to a California roll except with tuna, crunchies, and sauces on top. Idk but super good. They were so quick, so nice, and again…the food was great. Thank you!!!

I recently visited 99 Sushi (for carry out) and have had many other wonderful experiences every time I’ve gone in person to eat or to take home. The restaurant itself is super cute and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal where you can really enjoy the atmosphere as much as the food.
I ordered the Vegas Roll and the One Night Stand Roll, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and clearly made with care. You can tell the food is prepared by someone who truly knows what they’re doing—every bite was enjoyable and satisfying.
The service made the experience even better. Jessica was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, which really added to the overall comfort of the visit. And Cindy deserves a huge shoutout—she makes amazing food, and it absolutely shows in the quality and taste of the rolls.
Between the inviting atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious sushi, 99 Sushi is definitely a place I’ll be continuing to come back to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great sushi in a warm, cozy setting ✨

This sushi restaurant is known as one of the best in the area, and it definitely lived up to its reputation! Jessica provided outstanding customer service—she took our order flawlessly and treated my father-in-law like a valued regular. Well, he and my mother-in-law do come here every Wednesday!
Being from California, we were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the sushi is—far better than what we usually get back home. We’ll definitely be returning to try as much of the menu as possible!

The food here is fantastic and the people are very nice. However, if there is a crowd or they are busy, just turn around and walk out the door. You are better off calling in a to-go order or ordering off of doordash. I was sat at a table where three different waiters took my order three times, each surprised that my table was never served. After 1hr 15min, I had to walk up to the register and kindly demand my food, where they still wanted me to go back to my table (which I was in no mood to do) Suddenly I was a priority after telling them I was leaving. No offer to make up for it or make it right, even the next time I saw them. The woman that I paid with never gave me back my card, and when I was able to go back to get it. They said it was given back and insisted that I had it when it was not returned. Overall great, I’ll still be going back because again the food is great and the people are nice, but seriously turn back if they have any kind of crowd. They do not have the infrastructure to handle being busy, and they do not care if your experience suffers because of it.

Delicious and creative rolls. Cindy was awesome! Had hot sake and asahi as well.

Let’s start with the “eel sauce” – and I use that term loosely, the way one might call a puddle “oceanfront property.” Whatever mysterious cornstarch-thickened brown substance they’re drizzling on rolls here has never been in the same room as an eel. It has the consistency of wallpaper paste and the flavor profile of… well, wallpaper paste with a hint of sugar. Exquisite.
Feeling adventurous? Want to customize your poke bowl? That’s adorable. The menu is apparently carved in stone tablets brought down from Mount Fuji itself. You get what you get, and you don’t throw a fit.
The sushi rice deserves special recognition. Most restaurants aim for that delicate balance of tender grains. Not here. Each piece comes perched atop what I can only describe as a compressed rice hamburger patty. It’s architectural, really – you could build a small retaining wall with these things.
And the salmon! I’ve seen thicker slices come out of a pencil sharpener. Hold it up to the light and you can see your disappointment reflected back at you.
To call this a Japanese restaurant is to use the word “Japanese” in the loosest, most geographically confused sense possible.
The 4.7 star rating? Pure geographical hostage syndrome. When you’re the only sushi joint for 50 miles, you could serve fish sticks on minute rice and people would call it “authentic.” I’m genuinely curious if the Kwik Trip down the road is giving them a run for their money.

This is our favorite place to get sushi in Fort Atkinson! The Crab Rangoons are some of the best we have ever had as well as the gyoza! We always look forward to coming back, the staff is very friendly! Perfect for lunch or dinner.

This was our first time coming in and we didn’t really know what to expect. At first the noticed how pretty the vines were that hung off the ceiling and how the music they were playing was one of our favorite bands (the cranberries). We were instantly impressed when the boba and appetizers came out. My friend who is Asian talked about how the crab rangoons reminded them about how their grandma used to make them. The food was so good. The service was one of the best I have ever received not to mention the lady was funny and outgoing. 10/10 will be coming again and trying different stuff on the menu 🙂

Went for dinner on Saturday night, there was a large party in there, but not too busy! Our server was Morgan, but they seem to all work together and service was fantastic!
We started with the shrimp tempura…it was 6 PCs of just shrimp tempura and was delicious! We each had a cocktail while we waited. Appetizer came out quick, sushi took a little bit longer only because of the large party that ordered just ahead of us! Cute atmosphere, friendly staff, casual comfortable vibe! Bathrooms were clean! We ordered 5 sushi rolls and took home leftovers which were just as delicious the next day!!! Server told us the crab rangoons are awesome so we will be trying those next time and she made a few recommendations on future rolls to try! She also talked us into the crispy bagel roll which did not have a description on the menu and let me tell you…PHENOMENAL!!! See pics for how amazing the rolls truly are!
They have Boba Bubble Tea too!
Prices were reasonable and portions were good!
We cannot wait to go back!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I am not sure why I haven’t gotten around to making a review yet but I have been coming since they opened. This is truly my boyfriend and my favorite (underline favorite three times) place for sushi. The environment is very calm, not a fancy dress up type of place, but the same level and execution of sushi. I dream of their sushi and it’s always our go-to. I also always recommend it to everyone I know going through the area. The price for the taste is actually unbelievable and feels too good to be true. The staff is also some of the happiest and kindest people you will meet. You are always greeted with a welcoming hello and they always make a personal connection through serving you. You can tell they all love their job and I’m so glad. Service is typically quick- around 2pm seems to be our sweet spot for a late lunch and it’s out in just a few minutes. TRY THEIR LAS VEGAS ROLL… we are obsessed!
