Me and my kid were the only customers there. Asked for a bagel and cream cheese, not toasted. He brings me a toasted bagel with butter. How is that even possible? lol
Incompetent is fine, but the rude attitude was a put off. The manager must be pretty hands off.
On one occasion, I asked for a lot large hot coffee with cream and sugar. When I drove away I noticed it was black no cream, no sugar. I couldn’t just turn around so I had to come back after dropping off my daughter. I said hey I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar earlier and you gave me black. Can I get a new one with cream and sugar please the guy said OK handed me a coffee I checked and it was again black coffee. I was like hey I need cream and sugar in here and then I got my coffee corrected.
OK, whatever on that one.
Today again I stopped on my way to drop off my daughter, and I wanted a mocha iced coffee with liquid sugar and cream, and I ordered a chocolate frosted doughnut.
The first thing he grabs for me is a Boston cream. I look at it, then try getting his attention. He goes off. Then he comes back gives me my coffee, no straw. I say hey I wanted chocolate frosted and you gave me a Boston cream. He says no problem gets my frosted doughnut. but he didn’t give me a straw so I’m waiting to get his attention to get a straw. He doesn’t realize it and I’m like hey I need a straw. He’s like oh OK. Gives me a small straw for my large iced coffee. My bad, OK cool. Now I drive off, take a sip and I look at the coffee and there’s no mocha in it. Just regular iced coffee, liquid cane sugar, and milk.
I know the guy is young, but come on. You have to show a little bit of pride in your work even if the job does stink. But every time I go here and he’s working I know somethings gonna get messed up.
I went today and the service is terrible. They’re just two guys i believe one of them name is John and when you walk in, they don’t even respond, it’s like you’re bothering them.
They should have a better attitude toward customers.
2 people working at the counter and o had it wait more than 20 m for a latte!!!!!!!!! (they got it wrong) blaming the crazy amount of drive through (3 cars see photo) and the lunchtime rush (it’s 3:30)
Totally unacceptable
When I asked for my drink it was half done and cold and missed sugar as requested (no big deal)
The only 2 people looked disorganized and not trained
Looooong way to go to match New York style service. maybe because is int a family owned place.
Cross this location out of your routine
