Simple food that tastes good.
This Krystal is a shared space with a gas station convenience store. If you are not familiar with Krystal, they make sliders. Small hamburgers, steamed with onions, topped with onions, mustard and a pickle and cheese (or no cheese). Very similar to White Castle.
Their French fries are actually really good. They’re better tasting than In-N-Out for sure and retain heat better than other fast food places I have been to. Not too mushy, not too greasy, not too burnt or overdone. A bit more on the chunkier side, less shoestring like.
The burgers are good. Sometimes I like char and having that crisp on my patties with toasted buns, but I think with how small Krsytals burgers are the softer texture of their meat and buns make them melt or should I say slide into your mouth. In this case a steamed hamburger isn’t too bad.
It’s a part of a gas station off the highway, and there is also an EV charging station behind it. Good for truckers and travelers. And the hungry who stumble upon Krystal.

Located at the Circle K gas station.
The food was good, fries were cooked perfect and the Reese’s Shake was great. But, the young Lady that took our order was very bland. Did not welcome us and was so preoccupied when we were at the cash register. She was interrupted three times taking our order by other employees. We felt we were a bother to her. The Manager was so dry and she also seemed very upset that she was working there.
My Wife and I drove from Raleigh (45 miles for dinner one way).
We love Krystal’s and was really hoping for a great experience as I really want this place to thrive.

Enjoyed my double cheeseburgers sliders. I drive all the way from Beaufort County to experience this place. Heard it was similar to my favorite place, White C. I was not disappointed. I will be back to get some more. The service was very slow. Food was hot. Glad it’s opened in Wilson. Would be nice if Greenville or Washington opened one. ❤️

Had the nicest experience, just now, while stopping for gas and a burger. I wasn’t familiar with the menu and Chaca went out of her way to help me through the choices. The food was great, priced right, and the place was spotless.

10/10 I’ve always been a Krystal fan. I was surprised to see it pop up on my gps and the Wawa across the street. But it makes sense great location, I see the vision. Food was fresh, delicious, and on brand. Workers were friendly. I’ll be back

This was the cleanest Krystal I’ve been in for many years. The service was fast, friendly, and most importantly, my order was right. I tell everyone that Krystal chili cheese fries are the best in the nation, and I’ve traveled with work extensively. I’m so excited that we have a Krystal in NC it’s about a 45 min drive, and I’ll definitely be going back.
Went back today 1/12/26 and was not disappointed. I received excellent service and a well prepared and delicious meal. Thank you to the two people on duty today at 11am yall were awesomeness in a bag!!!!!

Burgers were all smashed in boxes. Rolls were wet and folded on themselves. We were asking what was on a sandwich and worker was just pointing at picture on window. Continously getting a dirty stares from women with gray braided hair. Not a friendly atmosphere. Workers bickering getting nasty with each other because of giving out wrong food. Extremely slow to finally get overpriced food. I love Krystal but this location is in need of serous help.
