The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient, even during the busy hours. The coffee is consistently fresh and delicious, and they have a great variety of donuts and breakfast items to choose from. The store is clean, and I appreciate how easy it is to grab something on the go.

lady that works there is great, the guys are just beyond words. Waited in line for 10 mins to get my order, he asks my name for the mobile order, then 4 mins later comes back and asks me what my order is. I ordered a medium, got a small and then refused to give me a medium. No thank yous, welcomes, nothing. Just glares and disrespect.

I’ve been to multiple Dunkin’ Donuts in my life and this one, by far, rates a DO NOT RECOMMEND to ACTIVELY AVOID from me.
I get it though… Chicago suburbs, immigrant owned franchise, just trying to make their way in our country. That’s great for them. Glad they’re here! However, if I have to ask you to raise your chin, look at me, and speak up so I can hear you, there’s a problem. Language barriers and accents aside, lifting your chin, looking directly at me and trying to enunciate clearer would have been a great help.
The food was, well…, unimpressive. My Lady chose a few donuts and I had the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. The CONTENTS of the sandwich were ok. Just ok. The sourdough bread however was tough. Very tough. The “microwaved to reheat it 4 times on high every time” kind of tough. I ended up crushing the sandwich because I needed both hands to tear thru the bread.
The worst thing was the restroom. On the mirror was displayed the “proudly deep cleaned daily” sticker but this restroom was far from that: a blob of what looked like wet toilet tissue by the hot water valve on the sink, something dark smeared on the wall, lime scale or some other such white crusty deposit on the floor, fecal matter on the under side of the toilet seat and rust EVERYWHERE. If the restroom is an indication of overall cleanliness, DO NOT EAT HERE.

Twice now I’ve ordered the bacon avacado toast here and it has been hard as a rock! I complained to corporate and they wanted a receipt, well…this location never gives you your receipt nor does any other Dunkin! You don’t even know the total until you pull up, so thanks corporate for doing nothing. This location also puts a ton of ice and a lot of cold foam so if you take the ice and foam out, your cold brew is really a small coffee. The young lady with the nails that works here is great though and she’s always super friendly and upbeat! Her nails are always done, but I don’t know her name. Everyone else is very stoic. I’m looking forward to the new location opening up off Randall cause they’ll be trained hopefully… this location overall is so hit and miss with their products…

I go here EVERY morning even though the one on galena is closer to my house and there’s a couple on my way to work. This place is the ONLY one that makes a frozen coffee perfectly. Everyone is super friendly in the drive through. They are open Christmas Day and that made my whole day!

I get Dunkin usually a couple times per week at various places. This store (been coming here for about 5 years) consistency gets my order correct and I don’t have to worry about asking them to fix it. Kristin is my favorite person at the drive-thru window and will brighten your day. There’s a lot of turnover with people, but they are doing a pretty good job right now.

It’s time to start blasting these places for poor service. It’s a shame because there is a white woman who works there who is awesome. But the other people must not know what please, have a nice day, and thank you mean. Stop making them rich shut their location down by not patronizing. 2 Starbucks in the area on Orchard one north of I-88 and one south of I-88. You deserve better people! I won’t be back that’s for sure.
