Place a to go order … they said it would be ready in 20 minutes.. so I came back 30 minutes later .. they saying we waiting on the wings .. a white guy came behind me and ordered 2 large pizzas And received his food before me . The original guy that took my order with glasses like he had an issue. My first and last time ordering.. I rather drive 30 minutes atleast I know the food and service will be worth it

I ordered our food at 6:24pm and was told it would be 1-1.5hrs for delivery. We live 15min away. After 2 hrs I called back to check the status and was told the driver was leaving then and that the pasta took longer. However, I didn’t order anything with pasta??
Waited another 30min (now almost 3hrs since I ordered) and called back since we don’t live but 15min from their restaurant and while on the phone the driver shows up.
No offer to discount the $60 worth of food that wasn’t worth $20 as it was cold, soggy, and no ranch for the zucchini fries???
We tipped the driver well for the delivery but we will not order from here again and I do not recommend it after the poor quality of service/food we received tonight. Highly disappointed!

I have been a customer for many years and fight 1 week when my car was broke down I ordered every single night I ordered a pizza it was $27 it came here cold the manager said he would replace it then his manager said they had it on camera that they took it straight out of the oven first of all you don’t hang up on a customer especially a female this place sucks they have forgotten my order before they send a girl to my house at through my chicken wings at me promise you would be put on leave but I never heard back from them I cannot believe they let people that rude work for them who hangs up on a female customer a good paying customer over a pizza the Pizza sucks they hung up on me over and over I will never let it go. I will call the better Business bureau so rude to me and I’m a lady

Bad food! Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it was gross. The chi was dry and crumbly like it was processed in a dehydrator. I don’t even know what the bacon was but it was like raw imitation bacon. Also asked for no onions on the pizza and it had onions on it still. The crust was like flavorless cardboard. The cheesy garlic bread was average at best and served with cold marinara. I will not order from here again.

Wow. I mean the restraint doesn’t look the best or fantasy but the food is amazing. I recommend their steak subs which are out of this world. The secret is to ask to make it extra crispy. The wings were actually really big and the sauce compliments it perfectly. You can really tell the effort they put in their food. And don’t sleep on their cakes. They have such amazing cakes with many flavors to your liking. Overall an amazing experience.

Have ordered from here numerous times and the food and delivery service have been great. However, my pizza order this past Tuesday arrived cold and about 20 minutes past the stated delivery time. I also ordered a salad and the dressing I requested was missing. I left a message about my complaint but Roma never acknowledged it. Too bad. I liked this place.
