I was absolutely blown away by Dias Charcoal Food Truck. The customer service is always on point friendly, fast, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. What really stands out is how much pride they take in their food. They make each and every sandwich with real perfection, and you can literally taste the love and effort in every bite. The food itself? Unreal. The chicken Shawarma is hands-down the best in all of Michigan perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. And trust me, I’m one of the pickiest eaters you’ll ever meet, and I’m officially a lifelong customer now. If you haven’t tried Dias yet, you’re truly missing out.

Hands down the best chicken grill sandwich I’ve had. I was visiting for 4 days and had to go back more than once for the chicken charcoal sandwich. A perfect mix of grilled chicken, crispy wrapped pita bread, sauce and crunch. Out of this world.
