Spot on with wings and have enough variety to get something different if ordering with someone else. Miss sometimes with condiments is only reason for 4 star instead of 5. Tried the shrimp this time and it was good but no tarter or cocktail sauce. Took it home so not a total fail as we had some there. Wings were good also but maybe getting smaller.

I was craving fried chicken so I figured I would revisit the place. I used to bring my kids here a lot and remember the tenders always tasted good. Sorry to say I was disappointed. The fries and slaw and bread were great but the tenders or fingers as they say just didn’t taste like I remember. It reminded me of reheated fried chicken.

I love zaxbys but this location is the worst. The service is non-existent. Had to wait 20 min after ordering to one meal with no one WAITING. This happened multiple times where they wouldn’t take your order at the drive thru for 15 minutes so I finally had to come in to order. Management should really do something. I’ve never had such poor service at any other Zaxbys location!

This Zaxbys represents nothing but terrible service. If you are considering supporting this location, I would highyl reconsider, due to the lack of care that the staff gives, and the quality that they present. Unfortunately, there is a low possibility of the service getting better, due to the fact that they falsify their desire for new staff. I understand that many people only work for a paycheck, which is why I’m turning this to management. They do not deserve to hold a position of power when they do not care whatsoever about what goes on within their store. The lack of responsibility and accountability is quite jarring, when there are many easy fixes to the problems that they continue to ignore. The only hope for this store is that it either gets the attention of their corporate offices, or that it shuts down entirely. Within all my years of living in Florida, I have never seen anything worse than this.

Prepare to pay for half your food missing…won’t be coming back after this. I spent $19 and some change for a FULL salad that I did not get, and half my fries are missing. The only good thing I got was the peach sweet tea.

I mean, aren’t you supposed to be paying attention to this? The service was garbage. Be ready to wait. And I really mean wait. There’s no senior manager here pushing these kids. They’re just playing around and not focusing on the orders. I can see by the ratings that I’m correct on my review as well. There’s plenty of employees, they just ain’t doing nothing.

I haven’t been to Zaxby’s in a while and wow it’s went down hill. I know the cost of chicken has went up but a basic 5 piece strip meal went up $3 and the strips are half the size of what they use to be. And the servers were virtually non-communicative. He asked me dine in or to go, I said dine in and they put it to go. Very disappointing and no desire to go back really. Things really haven’t changed it seems
