I ordered drive thru. Put food in a thermal bag to stay warm. Took about 8 minutes to get home. Got tenders and mashed potatoes and they were not even warm. My husbands food was the same. Makes you wonder how long they keep them under the warmer before they throw it out. I called and explained the situation. She told me they only keep their food under the lamps for 30 minutes. I call Bull!! She wanted me to come back with the food. I worked all day and was NOT going back. She told me there is nothing she can do about it. I called customer service and they will send me a voucher only for a portion of what I paid. I will never go back! They should just close their doors.

Every time we eat here. The food is horrible. I ordered extra crispy chicken. Looked almost black n soggy. Patatoes are watered down. I prefer not to eat there. Absolutely horrible. Manager is so rude. She should not work in customer service at all. Maybe if she wasn’t there all the reviews wouldn’t be 1 star. Let her know how rude she was and she said sorry to hear that and slammed the window shut.

Horrible service. We ordered 30 min ahead of time. App said our order was ready. Got to store, doors locked went to drive thru asked for our order they yelled at us that our order was not ready they just got it. I let them know we order 30 min ahead of time they said we’re short staffed. Just came back through again now told another 25 min their system is now down . Don’t waste your time or money I can’t even cancel since they won’t give refunds

I understand the 3.9 * reviews. Was soooo excited to get a KFC fix becuz they are no longer near to me..
sadly…I should have gone onto one of the many many other choices they have in Manitowoc. Other than the chicken, my most fave thing is their coleslaw.. Mine should have been tossed several days before. It had already gone passed “the expire date”. I threw it away..
Don’t know if this is a staff issue or corporate coming down on them about “food costs” and selling as long as possible.
But DUDE!!! Before you put it in the bag think about if you would want your family member eating it!

Disappointing! Lid on one of the gravy wasn’t on correctly and it spilled. Order 12pcs. Family meal mixed got all originals and asked to substitute coleslaw with Mac n cheese, they gave me coleslaw. I rounded up to help with their foundation. Get it right

The service there is horrendous. I went there with my mom, walked in, lady is sitting on stool hehind counter on her phone. Never looked up to acknowledge us. Then she just walked to the back and never came back. The lady at the drive thru window looked at us and also did not acknowledge us. I finally just left my mom stayed in there for a second and they still didnt acknowledge her so she left. Never again will I go to KFC in Manitowoc.
