This Burger King at Sawgrass Mills deserves 5 stars for service alone. For a busy mall food‑court location, the team here was surprisingly attentive and on top of every detail.
I ordered at the self‑service kiosk, waited my turn in line, and noticed my receipt never printed. Instead of me having to chase someone down, the cashier immediately saw me looking around the printer, came over on his own, and asked if everything was OK. After I explained the issue, he brought in the manager, who quickly found the order in the system and re‑issued the receipt from another terminal without any attitude or delay.
The drink was handled just as smoothly. My soda came out first and they called me by name to pick it up, then did the same when the food was ready a few minutes later. The Whopper, fries and drink were exactly what you expect from “el Burger King de toda la vida”: hot, fresh, and with that familiar flame‑grilled flavor that took me back, especially after many years of not choosing BK over the newer fast‑casual burger spots.
Overall, this visit reminded me why I grew up on Burger King in the first place—simple, classic fast food backed by a crew that actually pays attention. For a quick bite in the mall, I’d happily come back to this location.

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at the Burger King in Sawgrass, Sunrise. While sharing my burger with my boyfriend, I found a hair in it. The hair was clearly not mine, and finding it while eating a meal with my partner was both shocking and extremely unpleasant. What made the situation even worse was how the manager handled it: she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the issue, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation. Instead, she insisted that I return the burger only to her, showing blatant disregard for basic customer service, hygiene, and respect for her patrons.

This experience is not about the $30 combo, it is about basic standards of hygiene, professionalism, and respect. A simple apology or a constructive response would have been enough, yet nothing was offered. The manager’s attitude demonstrates a complete failure in leadership and sets a terrible example for the staff, reflecting very poorly on the Burger King brand as a whole.

Customer service of this level is unacceptable for any location, especially at a nationally recognized brand. Corporate needs to take immediate action to address the management failures at this branch. Experiences like this not only harm customers but also erode trust and loyalty to the brand.

I will never return to this location, and I strongly urge others to reconsider visiting. It is deeply disappointing that a company known for its customer service would allow a manager to behave in such a negligent, dismissive, and disrespectful manner. Finding a hair in your food is bad enough, but to experience rudeness and indifference from management on top of it turns a simple meal into a deeply negative memory.

Burger King should be ashamed that this branch represents them. This experience serves as a stark warning: poor management, lack of professionalism, and negligence can completely ruin a customer’s trust and loyalty. Corporate intervention is not just recommended, it is absolutely necessary.

I made multiple attempts to address this issue privately through the channels provided and received no timely or effective response. The only outreach came after this review was made public.
Food safety and sanitation are not negotiable. This experience confirms that The Working is not a safe or reliable choice for customers.

Order 2 wraps and came out 30 late and saying no wrap replace with chicken sandwich. Took 10 more minutes. Very dirty counter top and sandwich is worse I ever ate from a Burger King. Definitely staff don’t care about customers. Others complain at the same time.

They took 30+ minutes to give us our food. Everyone who came after us received their order. The guy was rude, the lady had gave us our food he than yells out my name and I’m confused he tells me he never gave me my order which is true the lady did. Other person had came to let them knew they received their order wrong and he proceeded to take a burger out of the bag that was supposedly ours. Everyone got their order before I could. I understand it gets busy but over 30 minutes is crazy.

Chicken nuggets and fries were amazing. For a kids meal to be under $5 is a bargain in this economy. Service was a bit slower than I thought with no customers and our cashier wasn’t very engaged but it could have been a language barrier. The food court is super cute and well designed and janitorial staff is constantly cleaning.

Nothing works at this burger king not the coupon code from the app, nor the kiosk. When asked if you coukd place a order and still honor the coupon price, the manager pamella said it was impossible and to go somewhere else which i understand but the fact this burger king didnt even try to accomidate is why im making this review, other than thst shes a nice lady just horrible customer service
