if I could give a 0 I would I called because my son is allergic to tomatoes and still got tomatoes and when I call about it the girl tells me there’s no manager in charge and when I questioned about my food she told me she’s the one who made it if this is the case she should be let go I went through the drive thru twice im very respectful about fast food workers but when they don’t care about customers and there food knowing the person is allergic to certain things and even when you tell them they still put it on the food sucks cause I spent $40 and change and now my son had to eat a turkey sandwich cause.tour people won’t fix the order and hange.the phone up on people

I went to this location last night at 12:20pm. The hours posted on the door says they close at 1am. Google Maps says they close at 1am (updated by them). The main door was locked so I double checked the hours and went to the other door which was open. When I entered, I was abruptly told I wasn’t allowed in the building and told to use the drive through. I asked about the posted hours and they said the dining room closes at 10pm. This information is not posted anywhere in-person or online. I told them the door was unlocked and to update their hours. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This Taco Bell was on point! We did an order through the app. When we arrived we let them know in drive though it was an app order. Pulled up to the window in just a few short minutes we had exactly what we ordered. Staff was friendly, efficient, food was just as ordered and good. Thank you.

Went to this Taco Bell twice while visiting family in Wildomar California because we needed to try their breakfast (which isn’t available in Canada). We ordered their $5 Bell Breakfast box which was INCREDIBLE value and we were lucky enough to be served by Oscar both times! He is always smiling, very clearly loves his job, and remembered us after one visit! This location is very lucky to have him, this level of service and positivity is so rare. THANK YOU TACO BELL AND OSCAR!

Worst Cheesy Gordita Crunch ever. No way they followed the standard measurements when making this. It really seems like a joke. We got three and all three were hardly filled at all. Super disappointing. This was 615 pm on 4/25/24Go to a different Taco Bell.

I paid nearly $20 for four items one of them had extra beef extra beef extra beef extra beef I told her three times and guess what I didn’t get the extra beef on my freaking crunchwrap supreme extremely frustrating it was a normal portion management either needs to be fired or these people aren’t listening.

Food at this location is always wrong. I don’t even order custom things, and it is wrong. Uncut quesadilla, no sauces, half the typical amount of beef in a taco, no sour cream, extra tomatoes when I ordered no tomatoes. It’s almost like they don’t care what you even want. Service is absolute garbage here. Young kids running the place like they’re God’s gift to us. Whoever put the young girl in charge of drive-thru really screwed up there. She whispers responses back even though there’s a freeway and a multi-lane street adjacent to the ordering area. I said I was having a hard time hearing you, to which she replied, even lower. When i got to the window, her service was even worse. Seems like all associates at this location are trained not to give customers their receipts. I can’t count how many times I’ve been here and have not been given a receipt to reference when reporting missing food or issues with food or service. I understand you can’t teach a proper work ethic to people, but you can hold people accountable. Or better yet, at least have them dress in proper uniform. I dont think a boyz n the hood hoodie is part of Taco bells attire. It’s apparent the inmates are running the asylum at this location, and I’m sad to say I’ll never return. The manager at this location has lost total control of their employees. With del taco across the street, why would anyone come here?
