I order on the app so I can save time after work and pick up in the drive through. Multiple times my food has been 30 minutes late and the drive thru line takes forever. Horrible time management at this location. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been to many chipotle locations. This one is consistently disappointing. Why am I tipping people who take ages to put my order together? I’m sitting in the line as I type this review and my food is over 30 minutes late. It takes less time to go in and order. This is unacceptable.

SOMEONE FIRE this manager, she’s is the worst I’ve ever encountered. She messed up my order refused to remake it. This particular, Shawnee Mission Parkway chipotle is one of the worst we have been to in the in the Kansas City area. The manager here is a Mexican woman who is always rude no matter what time of day no matter what time of year she is always rude she got into an altercation with a customer in front of us would not work with the customer at all And had a terrible customer service when my husband, and I walked in the door with our two children, she death stared at us like she had a problem with us before she even served us and continue to fight with this woman in front of us and not work with her at all and then didn’t even say I’m sorry to us about what we just witnessed just told us our total and that was it. We have a terrible experience every time we come here and will not be coming back. I warn anybody who comes here to turn around and go to the one that’s 3 miles up the road.

I went to eat and all the women I know were watching all the time is a lack of respect. I have had chips from this place twice and it seems that they cook it in old oil because they are always burnt and their guacamol tastes like only onion. It seems that the staff who are there do not want to work or bother them until you get to eat leaving that they get their salary from us. Not very kind.

It’s chipotle – just as good as any chipotle! However the staff there had a belligerent lady raise her voice and berate them because she chose something that was higher in price and didn’t want to pay it… they handled it extremely well! Well better than I would have! Stop bothering people who are doing their jobs ✨
