I had such a great experience at the Ellianos in Orange Park today! Tripp took my order and was super friendly and efficient. Brooke, the store manager, was so kind, she even complimented me and personally handed me my hot Tuscany Toffee. The customer service was top notch and truly made my day. This location always delivers great vibes and great coffee. Highly recommend!

Tripp has been nothing but an AMAZING barista! He has helped my boyfriend and I a handful of times and is always above expectations. The coffee is always perfect with the right amount of syrup, whip cream, etc! Tripp is also always one of the sweetest baristas – He always has a smile on his face and is so welcoming each time he sees us!

Our drinks were wonderful as always but the chicken salad is different at every location. This chicken salad was all mayo and not edible. I called to ask for refund but was told to do it through app. Found nothing I could do on the app to get refund or credit. When I visit the Starke Ellianos’s location the chicken salad is always amazing. I’m so disappointed. My husband did love his apple fritter!

I visit Ellianos all over the state, and the customer service at this location was genuinely top-notch. Tripp and Brooke were personable, welcoming, and on point. My coffee and breakfast came out fast, and they even threw in a new car air freshener. Small touch, but appreciated. Great service all around. Stop in and see them.

I have been a loyal customer of Ellianos Coffee for three years, having invested thousands of dollars into this company. Today, I visited one of the locations and encountered a disappointing experience with the manager, Brook. I requested a white mocha flavor drizzle on my drink, but I was informed that I could only choose chocolate or caramel drizzles in the future. This is the first time I’ve received such a restriction, which was quite surprising. I hope this feedback can lead to improvements in customer service, as I have always appreciated the quality and variety Ellianos offers.

This coffee place beats Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts for me. My husband who is a coffee drinker is hooked, and me who is not at all a coffee drinker is overly hooked. My first try was the light mocha freezer, and hubs got the dark mocha freezer. We were both amazed by how flavorful and good tasting they are. They do not skimp on ingredients and do not at all taste watered down. The Tuxedo freezer is a combo of the dark and white mocha. It makes more sense to order the large one since price difference between the small, medium and large is minimal. There’s no walk in and have 2 drive thru windows available. I have bought my team this drink and they all LOVED it and said that the flavor is “sinful”. There’s an option for lactose intolerant folks like me. I am not going to lie, I like the freezers more than the iced but the almond milk is only available in hot and iced coffee. The creaminess of the freezers will send your behind to the rest room but is definitely worth it. Try them! I know I already did 4 times since we first visited last week.

I come here often, especially my Friday coffee morning for the office. But this has always been such a great experience. I use the mobile app but I’ll wait in line at times and it’s not a long wait ever. Coffee is always amazing of course. Please do yourself a favor grab this instead of Starbucks. Much more of a quality coffee. The team is always kind and they do the best all around providing amazing service and amazing coffee.
