First time eating here, kids got Mr Beast boxes, bit more than prefer to pay for those. The food was not what I would have thought. It was hot and good just not as good as I expected.
Second visit, got 3 signature chicken sandwiches (2 spicy and 1 regular) all turned out spicy so my husband went and bought a new regular one instead of saying something else was wrong because we also got the wings that come with tenders but it didn’t have the tenders so he went up and told them and they gave us those. Fries are good here. Was decently clean store.

Great drink machine but the food is meh. The coating on the fries has way too much salt, the Zax sauce tastes bland and the chicken fingers are more like toes, so small.

One of the worst Zaxby’s in The surrounding area, Reagan, who usually works at the drive-through window. It’s very rude. How is it that you only sell chicken? Your chicken is never ready. I pulled up in six people behind me receive their chicken before me. I don’t know what the confusion was or the misunderstanding, but it’s always like this. It’s time for someone to bring a raising Cane’s to pedal. Zaxby’s just isn’t it baby.

Placed online order and decided to go inside to pick up. The cashier did not know how to help me get the order. Another older woman looked at my phone and told me my order was not in yet. After waiting 15 min I asked for the 3rd time if my order was in. She asked the cook and he said there was no order for Harris when finally a young girl recalled tge order. It was sitting on their table. I asked if it was still hot and she assured me that it was not that long when she filled it. I got home and the fries were soggy and chicken was not hot but warm. I paid 30 plus dollars for room temperature food. No one was eager to help me. Ticket number 44021761. I was disappointed with the service I received.

Zaxby petal has the worse fries I have ever had! We get them with the meals but never eat more than a couple! They need to be fried longer, always muchie! Then they put preprika on them to try to make them look like they are fried good! Going to order meal but no fry’s if things don’t change.

The manager brought me my 2nd Sandwich after I turned in the first one because The chicken. was so dried up I couldn’t bite through it. He said Zach space policy is to leave the chicken under the warmer for 10 minutes after it’s been cooked if it has not already been sent out To the customer. He said he feels that’s far too long for that meat to be under the warmer because in dry’s out. Second Sandwich was pretty good but I was so disappointed yen. The fact I had to pay extra for the Pickles and lettuce on my sandwich. So when they ask you if you want everything on it and you say? Yes. You automatically pay extra for the everything on it. Ridiculous. I paid well over a dollar for a little skinny pieces of pickles and lettuce that you could see through. Is the company so hard up that they have to charge extra for pickles and let us? If so at least give the customer enough to make it. I know if I eat there again I will absolutely ask them. How much the extras are going to cost me if I choose to have everything on my Sandwich. I realize the cost of everything has gone up but really? I wonder how many single leaves of lettuce.
You can get out of one head of lettuce. I guess I need to start growing lettuce and bring my own.
