This is a good mcdonald’s. I’d never have any complaints, except for when the ice cream machine is broken, of course. The employees are usually always very friendly.
My complaint now though, is that when I place a mobile breakfast order in the app before 10:30. Let’s say I place the order at 10am and I arrive at 10:32. I get there and they say they don’t have my breakfast because they’ve already switched over to lunch. Well, when I placed the order, it was breakfast time and I don’t understand why they can’t just put my breakfast food in the bag and I will get it when I get there regardless of what time it is (within reason) or how cold it is now, but they told me sorry, we already threw everything away and it was literally two minutes after breakfast was over. Regardless of how many minutes past breakfast time it was I don’t understand why they can’t prepare my order when I place it and just let me pick it up.

This must be the brokest store Mr McGuire owns because I was just charged $0.35 for mayonnaise on a plain cheeseburger yes I know it’s only 35 cents but it’s the fact that I was charged for a sauce that I chose instead of ketchup or mustard that’s ridiculous

Cheeseburger happy meal with no meat patty on the burger and a quarter pounder that I had to pull forward in the drive thru to wait on had not been cooked even close to done. I rarely go here but it seems like every time something is bad.

The service was well beyond what I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s. Food was standard fare. The restaurant was clean & inviting. Only issue what the AC was out. I had planned on getting it to go anywayso it had no impact on my visit.

The food here is actually good for McDonald’s. But omg the staff! They never greet anyone. Never ask if you need something when you’re at the counter. Never say thanks. Tables usually dirty. Standing around talking or on phones.
