This is our sixth order missing items. We have been indirect contact with the GM super nice but you would think six times it would be fixed. We will never be ordering from here again. Our food was also delivered cold and not even in a warming bag. I’m hoping for a full refund. They obviously do not care about the customer with so many mishaps. As you can see on the label cheese dipping sauce and then a separate bag of tomato sauce. Also no sauce at all in the box with the cheese bread.

Please keep the new pan pizza. With that you just out pizza’d the Hut of the 1980’s. That was good. I wanted a really good pan pizza because the modern Pizza Hut doesn’t cut it, but that did. Well done. Other 2 pizzas were great as usual.

We ordered the “papa dippa” as our first papa John’s order in a long time. We each had a couple bites and almost immediately got nauseous. We threw it away. It was legitimately the worst delivery pizza I’ve ever had. Giant glob of white cheese in the center of the pizza. For some bizarre reason parts of it were creamy. There was nearly no crust and more of that white cheese, which was disgusting, was also across what crust there was. It also wasn’t cut how it’s advertised. 0/10, I do not recommend.

I haven’t ordered pizza for some time. This past weekend I wanted pizza so I ordered from Papa Jones. I must say it was a bad decision. I waited for over an hour for my pizza, and didn’t even know it had arrived until we went to open the door to just check. And there it was sitting by the door. Once I opened the box I couldn’t believe anyone would deliver a mess as this pizza was. I attached a pic of what Papa John’s delivered at my door. I would never order pizza from this place ever again.

We ordered pizza for delivery, the first pizzas that arrived were very burnt to the point you couldn’t taste the toppings. The store offered to remake them and send them back out which we appreciated. When we got the remake one pizza wasn’t burnt but the other one still had burnt crust. I understand that things happen but there should have been more quality control of not in the beginning but in the remake.

What I received versus what was advertised. Instead of boneless wings being tossed and covered in sauce, there was only slight drizzling atop of the wings. Also, I did not receive square cut as requested even though order label on box says “square cut”.

I placed an online order, and it arrived promptly, just as the email indicated. To my surprise, there was only one woman working, and she was handling everything on her own with incredible dedication and effort. It was especially impressive given the snowy day Hutto experienced. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to enjoy a delicious pizza, often without realizing the hard work that goes into it. This dedicated employee truly deserves recognition and a raise for her outstanding commitment.
