I have been going to thia subway for 15 years! I stopped today and was charged $7 for one boat of heated up chicken that they put in a water cup because that’s what I asked for but I was charged for a 6-in rotisserie sub. I should have been charged $2 at most! The young girl who was working there did not mention that I would have to be charged for a 6-in sub. I also ordered a turkey Italiano which I’ve been ordering for years and I’ve never paid more than $6 for a 6-in+meal. Today I paid $7 to which she tried to just give me turkey and cheese and I had to request the salami and pepperoni. Instead of saying that sub is no longer advertised so I’ll have to charge you extra for the salami and pepperoni she said nothing. If she would have communicated with me and told me about the price difference for these two items I would not have been upset. I went back to dispute them and she just said that I ordered something with turkey on it that’s on the menu and then she had to charge me extra for the meat. Instead of arguing I simply asked for the bread and veggies that went to the $7 rotisserie sub that I was charged for and left. I’m not sure if Abby still manages this subway. But they need her back! That way people can be trained on communication.
$21 on the things that I ordered today was absolutely ridiculous.

I go around to different businesses to see what they are like… Unfortunately I stop here there was a girl with Purple hair and when she was taking my order was rude, would cut me off mid sentences. and if I had to rate the sandwich making skills they would be a zero. i think my dog could’ve done better.

Ordered online and had to wait 15 more minutes after the order had said ready. They were about to take more orders for other people and told us “In person orders come first” even though we have waited almost 40 minutes for our food now.

The food was ok, but the staff are extremely rude and unwelcoming. You can hear them talking bad about you and if you add something to the order they roll their eyes. Extremely disappointed in the service

Never EVER been to a Subway that will not give you extra veggie toppings. Even mayonnaise, no you can’t get extra. Ask for extra olives or lettuce nope…. Even if you tell them you will pay more they say no. Literally the only Subway I’ve EVER been to in my life that won’t give whatever toppings you like. Hell I’ve been to Subway where people get an entire container of spinach on their sandwich…. I would avoid this place like the plague. Plus they are super slow. I ordered two sandwiches and there was a family of six in front of me with one gentleman in front of me and two ladies trying to pay which took roughly 10 minutes. Like I said I would try to avoid this place like the plague.
