This Chick-fil-A location truly stands out for its exceptional cleanliness. The dining area is spotless, tables are promptly wiped down, floors are clean, and the entire restaurant feels fresh and well cared for. The restrooms are also extremely clean and well stocked, which says a lot about the attention to detail behind the scenes. Everything is neatly organized, creating a calm and pleasant environment even during busy hours. In addition to the immaculate space, the staff is friendly and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it makes dining at this location especially enjoyable. If I am ever back in this area, this is where I will pick to eat!

Frozen lemonade with a lil sweat Tea in it. 8-29-25-about noon. The atmosphere was nice & modern bathroom clean. I did not get a welcome in. That was a first in the 15 years here in Hsv/Madison Al. I only got the drink. The frozen lemonade only comes one size only. As good as it is I wanted a large. I would pay the difference but they do not do that.

**This isn’t my first time leaving a review, and unfortunately, it’s also not the first time my order has been wrong. This is the fourth time I’ve received incorrect items; this time, I was given Harvest Nut Granola when I specifically chose Dried Tomato for my salad.

This was the first time eating their breakfast. It wasnt anything special like i hear people talk bout all the time. The breakfast bowl i got was egg substitutes not real eggs, and I got 2 slivers of sausage. My son got a burrito and it was mostly egg and cheese, very little sausage. For the $25 I spent I expected better. Then manager that took our order needs more customer service training. Dont know what all the hype is sbout this place but I’ll stick to zaxbys for their food. We won’t be back for their breakfast.

I tried to give it a chance, I love chick-fil-a, however, it’s a shame they are not all the same across the board as far as standards, and quick service. I have been several times, got the wrong thing some times, never complained, & thought maybe it’s because it’s new. But now on this very day, mobile drive-thru couldn’t locate my order after scanning the QR code. After waiting almost 20 – 25 mins in the mobile drive thru line & mind you needing to be to work, thinking it would always be quicker, but IT NEVER IS! I am tired of this location and it’s not the chick-fil-a experience as you can see customers are accustomed too. They just do not operate like other chick-fil-a I’ve visited and it’s annoying!

Used the online order pick up for the first time and it went smooth and fast. There were 10 cars in the drive thru and only 1 in the online order pick up. Within 3 minutes, a friendly person handed me my food and drinks. Everything is hot and accurate, including the condiments. Very impressed.

Nice Chick-fil-A. The place was clean. There was a guy going around who offered to refill our drinks. That was very nice. We got our food quickly. There is a play place and outdoor seating. Would eat here again!

I honestly think this place deserves a higher rating! While the mobile drive-through can sometimes be slower than the regular drive-thru, the employees are always polite and friendly . The food is consistently delicious—I only have one photo because I’m too busy enjoying it every time! Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find a free bingo night one evening—such a fun bonus! Little touches like that make this location stand out.

For this to be the closest location to me I am extremely disappointed in the way corporate has not stepped in by now. The score says it all. There is always a problem. I refuse to travel to another location, they’re too far out. I can’t put my family through this anymore after our visit tonight. The fries were saturated in salt. No sauce (the sauce that I asked for), no napkins.
