I ordered a large Meaty Max and medium Supreme Max. This is the first pizza place I’ve had where the WHOLE pizza is so good. From the first bite to the last, including the crust. The girl that took my order was also nice and friendly. Recommend 100%

Moved to Winona April 2025 and this place was my favorite for months. It was about four or five months ago that the place just changed. The food stopped being amazing. My pizza has been barely cooked. The buffet started running low and being dirty. The front table hasn’t even been cleaned in months. The dust is thick. The newer employees have seemed miserable when the employees used to seem like they loved it there. I sadly barely go here now, but miss how it used to be. Hopefully they can turn it back around.

This Pizza Inn has gone down so badly they need to close it. The drink selection was marginal and dirty. The salad bar used to be great. It is now dirty and ingredients are iffy. Apparently, the majority of their business is take out . The pizza buffet was bare and there was no concern to replenish it no matter how many people were there. Workers who were supposed to be keeping the bar supplied were constantly on their cell phone. I will mot be back.

They have decent pizza an an awesome salad bar. Nice staff and good clean dining area. I can’t anything to complain about. I like a little more sauce than they use but that’s my only complaint. I’d take my family there any time.

This Pizza Inn in Winona has gone so down hill. Showed up for a birthday party today for a 2 year old. First thing we noticed was the buffet had only 4 or 5 pizzas on it. The restaurant was notified ahead of time of the party and the number of people TWICE, once when the party room was reserved and paid for and again today about 1.5-2 hrs prior to allow them ample time to make extra pizzas for the large party. Second thing we noticed was the women’s restroom was basically out of order as a whole. One toilet was clogged, the other stall was missing the toilet seat. Third, our shoes were sticking to the floor because it was so dirty. The party room that was dirty, it had to be cleaned by the birthday boys parents before everyone arrived. Then to top it off, as the party was leaving, my nephew found cockroaches in the room. My mother in law notified the staff, after several minutes of calling out to them, and their response was “yeah we know” (regarding the roaches). If I could rate this Pizza Inn 0 stars, I would.

Wonderful place for pizza! The atmosphere inside is great, clean, spacious, and well organized. Everyone that I’ve met there have been helpful and friendly. The pizza was amazing. I ended up with a take out order, and even when reheated, the pizza tasted great. I love that I found this place, and have been back several times since the first vist.

My husband & I stopped in today for lunch buffet. This is the second time within 1 month, and we should have just gone elsewhere after the first bad experience. However, we hoped the first time was just an off day for them. Obviously not. We were there for AN HOUR and only ONE thin crust pepperoni pizza was placed onto the buffet. My husband went to ask the lady that was cutting the Pizzas if a thin crust pepperoni would be coming out, her response was “we don’t have it at the moment”….Several more Pizzas were put out (still no pepperoni) so he went to ask another lady, who then went back to ask the lady at the oven. Her and another guy mumbled words and as my husband walked off the lady spoke rather loudly and said “well I put it out there and its all gone!”…No, “sure sir, we will get one out for you”, nothing. To that lady – yeah, you put ONE pepperoni pizza out in the entire ONE HOUR we were there! Wow. Our table ran out of napkins, looked around at other tables and several were empty with no napkins. Took the girl forever to come out to clean other people’s tables that had left. Our dirty plates were never once taken up while we were there.
From now on, we will make the 25 minute drive to Grenada where you get better customer service and constant hot, pizza (even pepperoni) being put out on the buffet.

Yummy, buttery thick crust on personal pan pizza. Pepperoni and ham was toasted well. Cinnamon dessert personal sized pizza was good as always. Atmosphere at 4p, showed shifts changing and news on tv muted. Buffet was slowly being set up. Plenty of parking spots. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Cashier was friendly and helpful.
