First time ever coming to this place and will be the last. When we arrived, we seated ourselves. The tables were dirty and hadn’t been washed. Our order was taken instantly. It took over an hour for our food to come. We ordered burgers. A 76’ER and the Bigfoot. After we got our burgers and cut into them, they were super pink. I don’t mind a little pink in my burger but this was excessive. I only ate half and it was so messy from the amount of sauce that the entire burger kept falling apart. I placed the other half in a to go box and put it in my fridge over night. When I got up the next morning, the burger was so soggy and mushy that it wasn’t even able to be held together anymore. The burger was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. This place needs a lot of work.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs & chicken strip basket to go. It’s obvious when the boss isn’t there!! Food wasn’t that great. Blonde girl was rude. Spaghetti was all over the bag when I got home. Total waste. Next time (if there is one) put the spaghetti on the bottom when putting food in a bag to go.

A bit hard to find for an out-of-towner, as it doesn’t have a storefront but is in an indoor plaza. But oh BOY, what a gem once you arrive. I had the carbonara, which came with cheese bread. . .AND soup. . .AND a drink. . .AND a slice of pie . Oh my! This place makes sure you get your money’s worth, and what it lacks in ambience it more than makes up for in service and spirit. Highly recommended.

The service was great, that’s the only reason I gave it ⭐⭐⭐(3)!! The food however, just being honest, was eh. After reading reviews I couldn’t wait to try the Turkey Noodle Soup . . . Soo so disappointing. It taste like flour and starch, and literally had ONE noodle and ONE sliver of turkey in it. We also started off with the sampler, the mozzarella stix had no cheese lol,, and the mushrooms were still cold.. On the other hand, my bf ordered the Hot Ruben sandwich, and it was delicious I had the Philly sandwich, it was ok. All in all, the service and atmosphere were great, but I don’t recommend going there for the food.
