Employees charge you then make you wait for your pizza by attending other customers. I was skipped twice even though I had already paid for the pizzas that were already made. I ordered an extra most bestest and a Hot and ready. Both pizzas had the same boxes. No distinguishing box or stickers. Pizzas look the same to me and I believe I was overcharged. Had to go back inside and take care of the matter. Employee just opened the box and said this is the Extra most bestest. I waited there no thank you what so ever. Customers service very bad. Asked for receipt employee just handed it to me without saying thank you. I always go to this place and I wasn’t t expecting this experience.

I order my one hot n ready and 5 p of wings at 3:40 and I came at 4:15 and they still told me that it needed 10 more mins just for a pizza and 5 piece while people were barly coming and getting their pizza right away

If I had the chance to give more stars I would. This is by far the best Customer Service in the city! The staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait long for my pizza! 10/10 recommend for anyone who is wanting a quick pizza. Also the flavor was fresh and didn’t taste like frozen compared to other places. Again 10/10 recommend.

Food was great, manager was great the cashier was kind of rude and elderly person went in to buy two pizzas for her grand children she handed the cashier a roll of quarters $10 and she seemed to give a smirk and kinda seems to laugh at the elderly person. She didn’t have enough money with her so she went to grab the rest the manager comes up and looks at the cashier and says “what’s wrong it’s still $10 doesn’t matter if it’s coins or bills” and cashed her out that was appreciated by my self and others doesn’t cost anything to be kind. Some people barely have anything and this might have been the biggest treat she could have afforded in a while for her grand babies. But over all o think it was a learning experience for the young person she didn’t make any remarks but her facial expressions and attitude toward the payment seemed off I might be over thinking it but just want to put it out there money is money is money. The only way we move up in society is by helping others along the way

This little Caesars is one of my favorites to go to as they are willing to work with the customer to meet their needs.
I have a child on the spectrum. She does not like soggy/wet pizza.
I call ahead when I order and ask if the pizza can be well done to avoid issues. They are more than happy to do so and check up when I pick up to make sure it meets our needs.
The Managers and Staff are amazing and very approachable.

Went in for a extra most bestest. Once I got to my car I realized I received a regular hot-n-ready pizza. Went back inside to get the issue fixed and the manager just said this is the extra most bestest. (No it wasn’t I always get the extra one and its crunchy and looks thicker this one is a regular pizza) and proceeded to open every box labeled “extra most bestest” and said choose the one you like best. I mean I got another free pizza but both are the hot-n-ready and its not fair to be labeling a pizza that is something when its not and then over charge for it. quite honestly the pizza was a bit raw even made my stomach hurt. Never coming here again :/

Went in a few days ago, and the cashier was so rude! She was glaring and annoyed while taking my order, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Horrible service and bad manners!! Hope they don’t do this to all their customers
