Ordered a large pretzel tray for a birthday party and they don’t need around! So many pretzels. I believe this feeds more than the 25-30 that is stated.
The pretzels were fresh out the oven and so delicious. Literally obsessed.

Easy to order with the friendly workers. Pretzels were warm and fresh. The fresh baked pizza to order was delicious.
Unfortunately, was missing the pretzel pickle I ordered and 5 pretzels I ordered. Disappointed since I didn’t open bag til we got home.

They are literally the best !!! Perfect snack, reheat amazing, and can dip them to make them have variety of flavor Sweet, salty, even spicy . This location is new to area and I have been to it many times it is always a great experience. Fresh delicious products and friendly people. Great for party’s or sharing and have small grab and go options for any snacking needs. Definitely recommend this place to all.

PLEASE open a store closer to Akron, Ohio…..Ohioans do not know how to make proper pretzels. If you order A (meaning ONE ) pretzel here, you get a sick, frail , thin pretzel in the shape of a bow-tie, with little taste. Actually, NO PLACE makes pretzels like Philadelphia, where I was born and raised. Nor do Ohioans know how to make real Philly cheese steaks;.if you ask for pizza sauce on your cheese steak, you get that deer-in-the-headlights look. I miss hot chestnuts too!

Ordered the crowd pleaser online, which comes with 25 pretzels. Went probably the worst day of the year for them and the worst time of day. New years Eve at 7 p.m (2 hours before close). The place was extremely busy and fully staff. They we very nice and trying to keep up. There were so many online orders and so many huge orders. You can only make pretzels so fast. The food was perfect and exactly what I expected.

My family loves this place. We go often. Always clean, excellent and friendly service. We love the pretzel pizzas! Cinnamon sugar rivets are great as well as all of the dips!

I come here frequently. The employees are always nice and offer quick service.
My only complaint is that every time I get a pretzel it is never baked fully. I always have to “clear out” undercooked dough from the thicker parts of the pretzel.

Excellent pretzels! I’ve loved my three trips there already! Workers are super nice and interact with the customers properly. I haven’t got ice cream yet, but I will. It would be nice to have a few tables inside, but overall I’m happy and have nothing to say negative! I will say let’s make a Carmel dip!! Lol. Thank you guys for the awesome pretzels and dips! I give credit to the little bit taller light skin man that works there. Seems like he holds it together. I see him running around doing it all! Have to give credit where it is due. But all other employees are awesome as well!

Pretzels were decent. The cinnamon ones are pretty good with the butter cream dip. Store was very clean. Quick service. There is plenty of room for a table or two, but there aren’t any. The ice cream looks good, but they built directly across from a DQ, so why bother?
