placed a pickup order, the pesto flatbread was DRENCHED in pesto sauce, so much to the point it was leaking all over the car. i kindly asked the employees to have it remade, after an unapologetic “sure”, she brought back another remade version. after leaving the location, it was to my surprise to see the same exact issue i just blatantly expressed.
as someone in customer service it is our job to make sure our guests are satisfied and show concern when not meeting a standard expectation….. this is just laziness

The food was good and the smoothie was good. Just wish they would answer the phone for a call in order. I was trying to be quick by calling the order in because I didn’t wanna leave my two dogs in the car for a long period of time. One of the girls in the back was prepping so that’s totally understandable but the girl in the front was literally doing nothing. When I went in there and asked why they wouldn’t answer the phone after letting it ring for a solid two minutes the girl said oh sorry yeah we are busy prepping. Meanwhile, I was in the parking lot watching her just not answer the phone and not do anything. Yes the one girl was prepping other girl at the front counter not doing anything and just letting the phone ring. Pretty annoying. not a huge deal but just annoying.

I asked for extra bacon and explained to the young lady I paid for it last time and didn’t receive it and my issue was not addressed at all. Basically she didn’t care! If you don’t have customer service skills you should find a job that doesn’t deal with customers!!!!!!!! It’s called customer service for a reason!

We got ” custom ” order smoothies from their retired menu ( smoothies that used to be on the menu but are now retired ) smoothies with coconut, pineapple, banana, and honey. They call it a tropicana. Delish at 310 calories( when made w sugar. I get mine with honey. ) a nice holdover until dinner
