I ordered from door dash and the both items I ordered were burnt. Couldn’t even bite into the steak fingers as they were so dry and burnt it was tough. Went to pick up a DoorDash order and asked the older lady with red hair when it will be done, she kept her back to me and said, “I don’t know.” I walked out and waited approx. 5 min. came back in and waited, she bagged up an order and walked away saying nothing. The kind younger bartender let me know my order was ready. Disgusting behavior from the older employee and I refuse to pick up any orders from a business who hires unqualified/ disrespectful employees like her.

We had a server named grace, she was super kind, super chill, and did her best to make us feel welcome. Even though we were outside and away from her looking view and she still checked on us with decent timing. The food is always great but if you get grace as your server I recommend treating her and of course everyone else with respect

Slow & unprofessional place to order doordash from. I ordered one meal & my dasher had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order. My drinks were left unattended at a table with flies all over them. So glad my dasher took pictures to show me how my order was being handled by kurlys.

The order was made as provided. THO, I am an unhappy customer because I have ordered the bacon cheese The Big Kurly Burger & then the waitress proceed to tell me no veggies come with that order. It would have been easy just to add veggies when I took my burger back over. I will also mention that the Thai peanut wings I order they have no Thai or peanut flavor they just taste like soy sauce not a Thai peanut. On top of the fact the selection for wing sauces are next to nil. I would expect them to have BBQ & Hot wings as well, but nope.
The waitress that I discussed with sounded like a Karen anyway refusing to give me veggies with my burger or fix the issue. As I had the Kurly’s Big burger that apparently comes with Onions underneath the ham- Makes the burger look like it has no caramelized onions.
The Server/ waitress was absolutely rude and kept shoving it in my face that the burger that I ordered didn’t come with veggies. It’s ” The American burger that comes with cheese and veggies” Not the Kurly Burger. On top of the fact half of the menu on door dash looks unappetizing.
