Our lunch was delicious. Cory, our server/bartender, was hospitable and attentive. The place had a relaxed vibe as all the guests seemed to know each other. We definitely will be back!

Someone here (somehow) stole my wallet right out of my purse. I left my phone number with the bartender and she said she would pass it onto the owner to look in the cameras to see who did it and no one ever contacted me…. I wasn’t going to press charges or anything, but I would have liked to seen what happened. I talked to a few local people I know and they said the place shady and that’s why a lot of people don’t go in there anymore…. The police wait outside to arrest patrons as they leave the bar as well….

Its absolutely a dive bar, attached to a liquor store. Smells of cigarettes, and very small inside. It’s pretty obvious its a lot of locals. Covid19 is hardly being observed. No real social distancing or precautions, no mask.
None of that mattered to me a ton, just an observation for future goers.
Service started out great and attentively but after our initial orders were carried out became somewhat lackluster. It wasn’t overly busy so probably could have been better.
The food is what wins over the four stars. It was absolutely incredible. Wife ordered the Philly cheese steak, and I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was some of the best we’ve ever had. The fries tasted like they were state fair fries, another awesome positive. Drinks were strong.
This type of place, I think, would have to really be someone’s scene to enjoy but I enjoyed it and if nothing else would recommend it highly for the killer food.

Came in from out of town and found this place. Love everything about it! It’s like a hometown local type of bar…. met great people! The bartenders were amazing!! Cory and T made us feel like we were family!! Food was even better then anything we had down here!! Smoked wings on Wednesday were fire!!! They opened at 11 and was sold out by 1230pm! Glad we got some!!! Definitely will come down alot more knowing we felt at home here!!!! Thank you for the best 2 days for now…. until next time!!! Love ya all!!!!¡

There wasn’t table service but you can order at the bar & it will be brought to you. Food was amazing. Fried pickle chips were good with or with ranch dip. Burgers were just amazing. Waffle fries are seasoned & crispy on the outside, yummy on the in. Loved the sports on the tv’s and very friendly crowd.

Staying close by for work training. Stopped in for lunch since it was close, and onky had an hour. HIGHLY REGRETTED as soon as I walked in as they allow smoking indoors. Since my time was limited, chose to stay. I ordered potato skins and a beer (beer selection is not good). I was served the skins with a small amount of sour cream and a plastic knife for the sour cream. Was not provided, nor offered, silverware for the HOT skins. The bartender sat two stools away from me, smoking a cigarette, while I ate. Also another patron smoking at the bar next to me. Dive bars are typically my go to bars, but this place is nasty. Would NOT recommend. Especially considering all the surrounding options.
Oh, and I was charged for my beer and food right away. Guess I don’t get a second beer, without her swiping my card again. There is a reason this bartender works during the day…because she’s not a good bartender. Enjoy your time and money at almost any other place around this establishment.

Corey is the best bartender when you go during the day, ask for him. The food is great. The atmosphere is amazing. It reminds me of Cheers. Everybody knows everybody a great atmosphere overall. Yes it’s a hole in the wall but hell you can see that from outside before you even step foot in

Dive sports bar in Newport. Local feel compared to other bars at the Levee (across the street). I stopped by for happy hour. They have good food.

The bartender was rude and I was there for 10 minutes while she talking to another costumer for 10 minutes and she got mad when you tried to tell her I’m here but she got rude. They just lost a costumer
