I don’t know what’s going on, but they are using cheap wings now. The bones in the wings are broken in small pieces and I literally choked and it was stuck in my throat. I had to eat bread to get it out. Not to mention, the wings are now small. It’s like they’re buying the wings that are imperfect from the manufacturer now for cheap. I know because my dad works at Tyson chicken plant in Missouri. This is so disappointing and sad.

For the most part everything on the menu is great in MY opinion, especially the Burger and Fries combo for a fast and cheap($13 after tax) meal while on lunch break, that is pretty decently big. Not to mention you can salt your own fries and put Lemon Pepper on your wings without it being extra. Overall service is good with great hospitality while also doing their job well. The atmosphere is amazing cause they will change temperatures depending on weather and usually don’t make it to hot or to cold. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

DO BETTER. The customer service there is EXTREMELY poor. The little chubby boy that was working the front counter/register was very rude! I wind up just leaving (without ordering). In all honesty, from what I’ve heard from people who have actually eaten there, the food is mid anyway. I wont be returning there. I’ll just keep going to BTJ. At least I know the service AND the food is good.

Late at night
When you are hungry and you can’t find anything open, this is the place to come to. At 2am I was ordering wings , Lemon pepper and mild with fries to be exact.
My food was fresh and my wings were good.
At that time I wasn’t expecting much to be open but this place was. The store was busy with door dash and other customers standing but the gentleman kept up with the orders of the people that were coming in.
My wait was not long.
Inside was very clean
Drink was good
The wing size was okay

I can’t believe this place has such low stars because the customer service here is always so good, their food is always so fresh, and I feel like it stays busy!
This is definitely our go to wing place because it’s close to our house.
We always order the 20 or 30 piece family wing platter in the hot flavor which is super bomb. And an order of large fries.
If I’m feeling extra hungry, I order a lamb gyro sandwich and it doesn’t disappoint. The only thing is that their Taziki sauce can be a bit too salty at times.
Seriously don’t let these old one star reviews get in the way of trying this place. It’s so good!

Great wings and philly combo. If you haven’t had it your missing out. The Philly is as close as you can get with out being in Philadelphia, PA..the lemonade is on point! The fried rice is worth getting too!! Very clean and friendly staff.

My very first time stopping and I must say my food was FRESH (gyro(added lemon pepper) w/ fries), the lobby is CLEAN, the cooks worked hard on several orders, but most of all the cashier Jenn was very nice and informative about the service times, menu items, and even gave me a calendar with a keychain! 10 out of 10 recommend.

I found myself rolling through union springs and took a chance on this place. I am so glad I did. Blowed away best way I can describe it. Very friendly and quick service. And the food I included a Pic of the plate. About a minute later there was nothing left. This plate was prepared by someone who cared. You don’t get that anywhere. I’m going back there today and every day I have the chance.
