On the day of the party, the food truck itself was spotlessly clean, which is always a great sign of professionalism and care. What about the food? Absolutely phenomenal! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about everything. The wings were a huge hit, the grilled cheese was pure comfort food perfection, and the chicken tacos were bursting with flavor. Everyone found something they loved, and the quality was consistently outstanding.

Kori’s jerk tacos are fantastic! Such a yummy combination of jerk heat and slaw, so good! The wings were cooked to perfection, and the fries were crunchy but still enough soft potato, just the way we like it. Most of all the owner and crew was so fun, so nice to chat with even while they worked away on creating our food. If you see this truck, follow and run to it, it is that good!

We hired Kori’s Koop for our son’s double graduation party and the service and food was outstanding! There were approximately 80 guests and plenty of items on the menu, so there was something for everyone. The Italian beef egg rolls were a huge hit, and the adults and kids loved the lemonade. Kori and her crew were professional and most importantly fun! Thank you for making our grad party a success!

I stopped by this food truck, outside Riverlands Brewing Company in St. Charles. And I ended up getting the garlic parmesan fries. They did not disappoint – crispy, flavorful, and filling. Lastly, the ladies who worked on my order were very friendly, and the service was great. Overall, it was a good time, and I hope to stop by the truck again sometime.

I had the Parmesan Crusted Pot Roast Grilled Cheese sandwich. It’s a mouthful to say, but that mouthful was the best I’ve ever had. The pot roast was so tender and flavorful, there was a fantastic balance between the meat and cheese, the bread was out of this world, the fries that come with it are crunchy but not overdone and so tasty, it comes out piping hot…. You need to come to one of the events and try it for yourself. Plus, the service is phenomenal! Kori and Tony are so friendly and fun, I wanted to stick around just to chat with them! I am planning on coming to another event so I can try the Italian Beef Egg Rolls next. Seriously. Come see them. You will not be disappointed.

Kori’s Koop is definitely an 11/10! I’ve been meaning to try them out for some time now but did not have the opportunity last season. I went today and was not disappointed! The wings are for sure JUMBO and the Garlic Parmesan dry rub was to die for! Kori and her daughter Grace provided friendly and hospitable service. Plus a mom and daughter combo- how amazing! Can’t wait to visit them again and try some Dirty Fries or their Jerk Chicken Tacos! Bartlett and the surrounding community is lucky to have Kori and her food truck- support local and support Kori!
