I am taking back my stars after our most recent experience… I was about 1/2 way through my dinner when I noticed a very long hair in my beans… I informed our young female server, unfortunately she couldn’t have cared less; she simply took my plate and brought us the check. We used to dine here 3-4 times a month but we will not be back.

We stopped for lunch on the way home from a distillery tour. This street has cute shops and it’s a fun walk. The restaurant was clean and bright. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food tasted great! It’s a typical Mexican restaurant menu with a few surprises. My shrimp was delicious! There is a train that comes through so park on a side street to avoid being possibly stuck.

Amazing place in downtown La Grange. Hidden among the shops. Friendly right as you walk in the door. Quick service. Their margaritas are well mixed and good for ending a hard work week. The food is even better. Hot, fast, plentiful. Good folks, here. Worth a visit alone, on a date, or with friends. Parking may be an issue, at certain times, as Main Street is a bit tight.

Finally tried this place after my mom’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint! The service was friendly and efficient. Food came out SO fast. The chips were warm, salsa fresh and actually had onion chunks. I had mole enchiladas which were great, but the plantains and black beans & rice were also amazing and rounded out the meal. My hubby loved his fajita burrito covered in cheese. He thought it was the best Mexican spot we’ve tried around Louisville/Buckner/Madison IN. We’ll certainly be back! (Also loved the margs- not overly sweet like most places!)
