If you enjoy feeling like a burden, this is your spot! 🙂 I’ve noticed a downward trend in friendliness at this location, management included. As someone who also works in the food industry, I understand not every day is going to be 100%, trust. But it seems that every visit is going to 100% make you feel like you are bothering them for simply grabbing a quick lunch lol

On 1/13/26 I ordered food I got someone else’s food so I went back to return it since calling the number gets you customer service they say they sent you a link but you never receive a link. So I go to the store tell them I got the wrong order and whoever John O was they hardly got any food and they ordered a lot in their bowl. I told him and the kid made the bowl I looked at the food to make sure it was correct glad I did because I barely got anything. I said where’s the steak, or the fajitas? He said sorry it’s an inconvenience you should call customer service I said I did in the matter of fact. And he then remade the food with an attitude and gave me my food and made a comment of there you got an extra bowl I said I know you guys are kids but do the job correctly and I would’ve have been back. Never again will I come back here never

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years and always liked it — the staff are friendly and do their best — but lately the portions have gotten way smaller. The bowls barely have any rice or chicken now, and for over $10 it just doesn’t feel worth it. It seems like management must have changed something because it wasn’t like this before. The team here is great, but if you want a decent portion, I’d recommend going to the Chipotle down the street instead.

I went into chipotle this evening. I needed one chicken burrito and one steak bowl.
The restaurant was out of chicken and they were also out of several other items used for toppings. This was at 6 PM. ( Dinner time) .
I settled for one steak bowl and one steak burrito to go. When I got home, both were cold and tasteless..
Not happy with this experience this evening and won’t be back to that location.

All bad service starts with the store manager, if you’re not there, if you’re not motivating your team, if you’re not managing your people, then poor service like this should be expected. The workers they have at this location are disagreeable, unethical, and lazy. Two of them don’t help And prefer to roll joints with a side door open and smoke right outside the kitchen, one cashier for some reason, fed up with having to do their job, becomes rude and judgmental when you attempt to pay using your app and tank too long. There was an older women by herself working the line and one tall guy doing online orders, they were the only two actually running this Location. Everyone else was avoiding work at all cost. I wish I could say this was the first time at this location where service has been bad, but it’s continuously been unmotivated and avoidant workers here that make me never wanna go get food after the gym.

I go to this chipotle frequently because it is down the street from my house, otherwise I would go out of my way to find a better one. The food’s always just okay, can confirm the place is always a mess and they do keep you waiting for online orders. But you can tell the employees do not get along. I condemn poor Management because even as a rotating crew, they all always have the same attitude. One person is usually running the whole line while 2 of the 4 others are doing menial tasks. I’ve seen someone on the grill yell “there’s no chicken!” at the line person when I asked how long the wait would be for chicken cause it was on the grill lol. I’ve seen another employee tell a sole line person “that’s not how you roll a burrito” without any intent to help them and the interaction was so intense. I felt so bad for the line person I almost wanted to step in and help them! I’m so sorry to the employees who work here, you deserve better and it’s not your coworkers’ fault. It’s the awful company drones who haven’t invested the time or money to staff and/or train you and new hires so you don’t take it out on each other. Do better Chipotle!

This location sucks. They always start closing an hour early, so there’s cleaning stuff everywhere and the food is out. The grill is off and it feels like it’s after hours. All the employees are more interested in closing than serving even though it’s only 9:30. It’s Amateur hour in here. You can tell the employees are lazy and don’t care. When something is out and it’s past 9:00 p.m. that’s it they make it no more for the whole 2 hours that they’re still open. Luckily Taco Bell is right across the street. I’ve found myself walking into this place seeing how bad it is and going to Taco Bell many times over the past 3 years.

I keep paying for double protein and my bowls have been feeling skimpy lately. Maybe it’s new staff or training. Service is fast and friendly depending on who’s working unfortunately.

Place is fantastic, hadn’t been here in years, great service, very kind, quick, portions are amazing, and the carne asada super good and for only like a dollar more than regular steak. $18 and change was my total, including chips and queso after taxes, but a whole good freaking meal let me tell you!
