Asked cashier if they had a frozen Carmel latte. She said yes Carmel latte. She spoke to a man next to her in foreign language. We Ordered 2 of them. We did not get our receipt or did she ask us if we wanted it
We sat down the man gave us some type of ice coffee. I said we ordered frozen Carmel lattes. He argued with us stating we did not they are 2 . Different things. He was so argumentative, we finally just walked out without our 2 Carmel lattes because of his rude attitude towards us.

The staff is always pleasant and while I frequent this location. They have come to know at least my name. So if my order’s ready, it’s quickly made available if I happen to indicate drive through but end up coming in the door. My husband has also expressed they seem to know his order at this point.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash order. 2 customers walked in to place an order. They had 5 people working here and she told him that they do not take walk in orders at the register. If it were ME…I would have gone somewhere else. He always told he needs to go through the drive through. That’s sad…

This store regularly closes 20-25 minutes early on a regular basis. I’ve gone on several occasions within 20 mins of them closing and the same manager closes early all the time. I wonder if the owner of this establishment knows that his employees are doing it. We won’t be returning!

We stopped here for quick refreshment on Saturday afternoon. We got some mixed order when we pick up but the staff was helpful and suddenly able to change the item we ordered. Apart from drinks we ordered was good , very easily accessible from main road, amble car parking , drive through bit busy during the time we visited , moderate to small size dining area.

I never leave reviews… but this one is necessary. The Fallston location is probably the best Dunkin I have ever been too. The woman that is usually at the drive thru window in the morning is one of the kindest people I have ever met and provides the best customer service I have received. Her energy and happiness is very contagious!

I love a good Dunkin’ run, and this place always serves the freshest and newly-advertised donuts I see on ads. The atmosphere is perfect, and it has a drive-thru. I’m always a faithful Dunkin’ customer, but this place rates in the top of the Dunkin’ stores I’ve been to!
