Unimpressed. In an effort to not bash a small town business , I’ll provide some helpful tips below:
If a customer orders 3+ sushi rolls for take out, chances are it’s not for one person, a second cup of soy sauce would be appreciated.
In reference to the point above, one pair, if not two pairs, of chop sticks for the sushi would be appreciated- we received none.
If egg rolls are ordered, an orange sauce or something to dip the egg rolls in would have been nice..
Beef sticks cold with no flavor.
This experience will motivate me to look for other options within the area

Best Chinese in CT! The General Tsos is perfectly spicy and the pork fried rice has so much flavor! Great large portions!

Very poor service. My wife ordered her favorite dish, Pad Tai, (our first time here) and it was very spicy, so much so she could not eat it all. I tried it and had the same reaction. Never hot and spicey in other restaurants so my wife assumed it would be the same here; not at all. When questioned, the server shut down, would not speak to us. She did not attack him verbally, but asked if the chef always prepared it that way., “I’ll check ” was the answer, but we never got it. The server never asked if she would like it mild, medium or spicey. We ordered a pot of tea and it came with ONE tea bag.
The hostess came over to see what was going on, my wife explained the situation and her response was, ” there was a chilepepper symbol next to it on the menu” my wife responded that she had ordered that dish at other restaurants and really did not notice it since she’s never had to question it.
When we left, I gave the server a good tip sa I felt the management should have done a better job training him, but he did not thank us for coming, nor wished us a pleasant remainder of our day. We passed by the hostess station, thanked her and she did not even acknowledge us. Unprofessional and rude.
We will not be returning.

Let’s start off with the beer I ordered, expired 12/16/24. There were eight of us. 2 dishes came out. Then 9 mins later 3 dishes came out. Then 11 mins later the sushi rolls came out. Oh yeah, place was NOT busy, it was us and 2 other people in there eating. I’d actually give them ZERO stars if I could.

Very good Sesame Chicken- not best ever, but very good! Had a slight aftertaste, never decided if the aftertaste was good or bad? Post up if you decide
$7.45 +++ puts you about $10 for a nice sized lunch, not a massive meal that creates a horrible lunch coma afterwards!
Place was clean and neat

Like many people in town, once you eat here, nobody will ever measure up again. Anywhere. Gung ho is the best ANYWHERE. My parents brought me for the first time what 40 some odd years ago? How long have you been open? hooked ever since.

The sushi was really good and decently priced. The California roll and eel rolls were super tasty! We got the sushi for two, but the only bumming thing is you can’t choose which fish for the sushi, they give you whatever the want to give you. Other than that. The sushi was very tasty.

Loved it! I don’t live in the area, but the sushi was phenomenal, & I would go out of my way to have again. 100% worth the price!
