Hands down best pizza I’ve found. I’m in love with this place. So much as to where I compare every other pizza place to it. They’ve set the bar. I live in Bloomington a make the drive as often as I can to Orleans, just to indulge on these masterpieces. It’s wood fire, Neapolitan style. Delicious. So much to the point to where I no longer even like pizza elsewhere. Catch 22.
The wife always does GF. She likes it as well. They’re only a few days a week. But hey, if you’re good, you can do that. At first I wasn’t a fan of the beer cheese, versus traditional nacho cheese. It grows on you though. The staff is over the top friendly. Little wait times. This place is a must.

My wife and I ate there and it was the best pizza we have had in a long time. We drove 69 miles just to eat there and it was GREAT! It is definitely a 10 out of 10. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. The owner was very friendly!

Wow!!! Best brick oven pizza I’ve ever had! My wife and I drove an hour to eat here and it did not disappoint! We consider ourselves pizza “snobs” and I can tell you I’ve recommended this place to anyone who will listen! IF I had to find a small recommendation, it would be on the marinara sauce. I prefer a bit more “spice”. I’ll definitely be back as many times as possible and wish I lived closer.

Absolutely love the Knuckleheads at Speakeasy. Amazing pizza, good folks. We had the Capone and dinner salad. Pizza crust had the perfect wood fired crisp. Cheese, sauce, toppings ratio was perfect and the mozzarella was delicious. Worth the trip to historic Orleans!

This is the best pizza I’ve had yet! Fresh dough, great ingredients and wood fired! Cozy place but don’t be afraid to wait and grab a beer. You will not be disappointed. Try the garlic dipping sauce for your pizza crusts

We hadn’t been to Orleans before but now we have a reason to come back again and again! We were in the area for Christmas photos and stopped in for a Pie, Sticks, and a couple of beers and we were impressed from start to finish.
The owner was extremely friendly in checking on us throughout the meal, the service was fast and the brick oven pizza was incredible! The breadsticks were huge and some of the best we’ve had but the beer cheese dipping sauce was hands down the best we’ve had.
The atmosphere was trendy and we admired every last detail from the ceilings to the light fixtures to the shelves on the walls. We also really appreciated the Holiday decor with nods to “A Christmas Story.”
We found a reason to fall in love with Orleans and will definitely be making the trip again!

This place has really went downhill over the past 6 months. We used to eat here all the time because, despite the high price, the food was definitely worth it. Lately, however, it’s only marginally better than your major discount pizza chains. the last 3 times I’ve gotten pizza here it has been missing an ingredient…and even when it’s not missing, it’s barely any…one time, no chorizo, one time no bacon, and most recently, there was 1 little piece of chicken and a few crumbles of chorizo on an entire pizza. Extremely disappointing. we won’t be going back to pay premium prices for subpar pizza

If I could give this more stars I absolutely would. The atmosphere is so unique and fun! All the pizzas have sun names that match the theme. A create your own section if you don’t see something you love. We did a Baby Face Nelson and the cheese blend was ON POINT. I think with a lot of multi cheese pizzas, you end up with a heavy cheese flavor that can be to much. This one had a seasoning blend that matched the cheese so it was a great mix. Its still heavy cheese, but the flavor was perfection. I wish I had grabbed more pictures. Perfect local spot to support!
They have a changing table, so definitely family friendly. AND there’s a great little park with play structures right across the street.

Pizza was ok. Its brick oven pizza and it looks like it. Smaller servings for more prices. Not alot of places to sit down. Marinara and ranch were very bland. I’m someone who can eat just about anything and I couldn’t finish the leftovers. It was $37 for a personal pizza, cheesesticks and a drink. Not worth the price.

As other reviewers have said, it’s gone downhill. We loved the place when it first opened. The last two visits, both times they’ve brought out the pizza before the breadsticks. Then act surprised when you ask where the breadsticks are when you show them the receipt. When they finally bring them 10-15 minutes later, we’re pretty well done eating our pizza and the breadsticks are burned on the outside and still partially uncooked/doughy on the inside. This is not during a busy time like Saturday night either. so not sure what the excuse is but after it’s happened two visits in a row, we don’t plan to come back. I can tell you it’s never happened at Mother Bear’s in Bloomington where they’re literally one hundred times busier.
