I love this Jimmy John’s. I order from them literally weekly and they fr need a raise. The service is good, sometimes they do goof up but they make it up every. Single. time. They seem to be short staffed occasionally so please, god give them a raise. They’re doing gods work

Never get a timely delivery, and my order has been delivered to my neighbor TWICE. Not freaky fast, more like 30-45 minutes for a delivery when I live 3 min away. Great food though!

Normally I have had a great experience with Jimmy John’s, especially since they now offer toasted sandwiches! After my initial toasted sandwich from Jimmy John’s(fabulous I may add-chicken bacon ranch). I’ve noticed after my second that they are drenched in ranch. After my delivery today which was delivered to my neighbor (the numbers are large and not hidden, so I’m not sure why the in accuracy of delivery) which led to my sandwich being slightly warm by the time we got it and was leaking with the ranch. Very disappointed. I will likely not be ordering from Jimmy John’s as much. Such a bummer.

Good turkey and bread, and good lettuce onions and peppers. The tomatoes could be 10x better than they are, and they would still taste like disappointment.

This Jimmy John’s location used to be excellent. I used to order 2-4 nights a week because it was always fast, always accurate, and a great value.
They are still fast, I’ll give them that! But over the last 2 months the quality of service has really declined. Anymore, if you order a toasted sub, it’s a coin flip whether or not it actually will be. Same thing if you get xtras or add-ons, it might be right, it might not.
Personally, I’d rather have accuracy and consistency than a sandwich at my door in 10 minutes. And it doesn’t have the same sense of value that it did, especially when there are other comparably priced sandwich shops in the same plaza.

I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom adding onion and mayo packets on the side. I had to ask to switch mustard packets for mayo (no biggie) but didn’t think to check my sandwich before leaving the store. I ended up with only bread and a couple pieces of turkey….. kinda pricey for a piece of bread when you’re expecting a full meal.

The food is great but the employees aren’t. They gave me the wrong sandwiches, the regular size when I’d specified the giant, and seemed nothing but annoyed when I tried to fix it. They also told me that it would be exactly double the price if they’d done it right the first time, so went to just charge me the same again, but after looking up the menu online it wouldn’t be exactly a double. A small difference, but a difference none the less, and one they didn’t even bother to look for and were curt and rude when I asked.
