I was supposed to have a credit from getting overcharged for a hoagie a few months ago. I called the same evening I had ordered and spoke to the manager who said a credit would be listed under my husband’s phone number. When I called today to place an order, I ended up talking to two people who told me they couldn’t find the credit, and the manager no longer works there. I saved the receipt and asked if I could bring that, but I was told no. The woman I spoke to said “the owner asked that I get your number and call you back because we’re extremely busy now”. I told her just never mind. If the owner was there, why wouldn’t he/she have gotten on the phone with me and rectified the issue? Due to the lack of customer service, my family will never order from Perry Di Pizza Man again. Honestly, there’s many other good pizza/hoagie shops in the area to choose from!

For some reason, the new norm for their delivery time is over an hour. The last two times we ordered it was on a weekday before 4 o’clock and it took well over an hour for the pizza to be delivered with no explanation or apology. The pizza is good but not worth waiting for.
