The noise inside is way to loud. The radio needs turned down. The people behind the counter are way to loud. This place is not for sitting down in and enjoying a cup of coffee with someone or trying to do any type of work in. I have been to way better Starbucks places. This place is the worst. Get your coffee and go. That should be this places motto.

I pass like 3-4 other Starbucks to go to this location several times a week because they have the absolute best crew around. The employees are all super friendly and helpful and greet me right when I walk in and the biggest pro is they always ALWAYS get my order right. I swear it’s not that had (sweet vanilla cold brew with extra sweet cream and extra vanilla) but nobody else ever makes it right. They always nail it plus it’s always ready by the time I get there (I mobile order). This is the best Starbucks location period and I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location only because they remember my name and my drinks. What more could I ask for than to go to a place where everybody knows my name. They have the best vibe in town.

The chick who has a black pony tail and tattoos that worked tonight is rude. All my mom wanted was a decaf pour over. As someone who used to work at Starbucks that is always to be available. Every time my mom orders it, never fails, she ALWAYS gives us a hard time. Learn how to do your job. As for the manager teach your employees to do better and actually give their customers the Starbucks experience. I will be calling corporate for your rude behavior especially towards my mother. Guess what we went to the Starbucks across the street and they made it.
Additionally last week, she made a comment towards my mother saying, “The rude one is here again”. Chastising a paying customer is not okay. Totally uncalled for and unacceptable. Maybe I should go in and be like the rude one is working again. But I don’t do that because I have manners.
