I place a large delivery order 2 times a week on my corporate credit card at this location. While filing my corporate expense report for January I noticed that one of their delivery drivers added a $5 fraudulent tip charge to my order on 1/21/2026. I have contacted the store today and I have not received a refund yet. I’m currently awaiting a call from one of their managers. The police will be contacted next if this isn’t resolved immediately. This has been on the news a lot lately so I would advise all customers to check their receipts and to visit another location until that driver is fired.

As many have suggested in the reviews, if you order ahead they simply won’t make the pizza by that time. They are always behind and you will have to wait for 20-30 minutes in the store for your order to be ready. This has happened twice to me now. It’s just not worth the wait.

Food arrived before estimated delivery time; hot and fresh!! Donald was our delivery driver and he was very polite, happy, friendly and even chatted a quick hello with the our kiddo! Parmesan twists were gone within a flash from the kid eating them. I swear he didnt taste it!! Haha

Worse dominos ever!!! Evertime i order to deliver i have problem with the order! Wrong orders , missing, buffalo wing with out the buffalo sauce…
My last order i give the tips online , so the driver just left the pizzas on door steps and left he never ring the Doorbell!! They definitely lost my business! I will never order anything again from them !! Customers service is horrible also!!

They never fumble, I swear. Pizza’s always hot, cut clean, and lookin’ like it came straight off the app ad. I don’t even gotta check it before leaving. They really understood the assignment.

I placed an order online for pick-up thinking it would be quick and convenient, but it took them a full hour just to make a simple pizza. When I arrived at the store, I still had to wait around because it wasn’t ready on time. The whole point of ordering ahead online is to avoid wasting time, but instead this was frustrating and inconvenient.
The staff didn’t apologize or explain the delay, and the pizza itself wasn’t worth the wait — it tasted rushed and not very fresh. Really disappointed in the lack of organization at this location.
I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

With the new guy in this location, the pizzas are extremely delicious. This location used to be making worst pizzas 6 months back. The new chef is turning things around. 5 stars for sure. I ordered garlic parmesan pan pizza today , it is the best one I have tasted in a while.

Follow up to my last review.. I called to give you guys another chance and use the free pizzas applied to my account only for your store manager to say that we have nothing applied and there was no evidence of the interactions. Here’s your evidence.
1. Issue, you gave me a half eaten pizza. 2nd issue, this was your replacement. 3rd you guys REFUSE to answer the phone 4th you failed to actually honor correcting your mess ups. I’m shocked. I get that everyone is understaffed, but how about you take care of the customers who actually do want your service.
