Well I will start with that I shop there a lot for my family ! My wife is Russian so I am purchasing from this store weekly .
Recently I purchased some items that are expired and it’s all good , People make mistakes and it’s normal BUT .. my wife goes back there and trying to get it replaced or refunded and they give here hard time because she is Extremely gentle person
So they say no exchange or refund ??
What in the world … it’s not like it’s Not to our liking or something it’s Literally expired items that they are selling and Blaming the Customers for purchasing them!!
Unbelievable this is a disgrace
And you guys lost a Customer and I will let my family and friends know that as well that If you purchase an expired item it’s on you and the store won’t take responsibility !!!
